Our old bike rack broke while driving on the freeway. It was a scary experience. We exited the freeway and started calling around to find a replacement bike rack. We called Rack Attack. They were so accommodating. They had the rack we wanted in stock and was willing to put it together right away so we could go and pick it up.
We arrived and within no time, they had the old bike rack off our vehicle and the new one installed. We were back on the road in no time. It was a great experience dealing with Rack Attack. We will definitely recommend them.

I’m so thankful for rack attack. They came in clutch right before I was about to leave with my family to Idaho for vacation this summer. They had the exact rack that I needed for my TESLA where other places only had a part of the rack that I needed or they didn’t have it at all. The service there was fantastic. They were super friendly and very helpful. They walked me through how to put the rack on and even set me up for success with an adapter for the power port next the tow hitch on my car so that I could attach signal lights. I highly recommend this place for any of your cargo needs.

Rack Attack was awesome. I called they informed me of the best rack for my ebike. Were able to give me a better price than others carrying the rack. I arrived it was in stock. The rack was demonstrated and I drove home with it. Truly a Great experience.

Really appreciate Son for answering all my questions and helping me pick out my Thule cargo box. Him and Chris also helped with the install which was a breeze. Overall I’m impressed with this store and looking forward to coming back for future gear!

The whole team here is very helpful. They helped me get a hitch for my car, and a bike rack. I'm new to biking, but they helped me choose the right rack for my needs.

5 star experience, needed something installed on my truck and Son and Johnny were super friendly and helpful. Inside the store is super clean and really well designed. Would recommend this store to any overlander or camper. Huge rooftop tent selection too with models on display which was super cool as I feel the only place you can see such interactive setups and displays is at places like overland expo or SEMA. It’s right by REI, but for truck and car accessories like racks and rooftop tents this place is a hundred times better. Accessory Installation on my car was quick and very precise- shoutout to Son for the help on that. 10/10 service 10/10 store would recommend!

I walked in to Rack Attack knowing little about what I wanted besides “a cargo box.” I walked out the happy owner of a Thule. The staff was knowledgeable and took their time explaining the ins and outs of each brand and model. They also helped with the install. I definitely recommend Rack Atrack.

The gentleman at Rack Attack in Tustin was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have a Tesla Model Y and needed a hitch bike rack to hold 2 e-bikes. I had done my research and narrowed it down to two manufacturers. He took the time to ask additional questions then discussed each product’s ability to meet my needs. I selected the Thule Easyfold XT. Pricing was competitive and they had it in stock. He even installed it and showed me how to use it. All around it was a great experience for me. This was my first time buying from Rack Attack. I was so pleased with this experience that I will be going back to buy some surf racks.

Excellent customer service. Great in-stock inventory. We came in not knowing which style/size roof storage system was right for our car/needs - they explained the various options, we picked one that was perfect, we bought it, and they installed it — all in less than 75 minutes!

Spoke with Andrew about replacing my lock core on my bike rack after I lost the key. He explained the process and was extremely helpful when I arrived there. He was able to get me set up with exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. Very professional and actual good human beings in there. Will definitely go back!
