Went on time for appointment. Realized I had forgotten my doctor order, went back home quickly, 10 min to retrieve it then back. Knew I had to re register. It gave me a time for hour and 30 min later. Still I was ok w it. I was never called. Was ignored for over two hours. No one, meanwhile, went in on time, no one. I finally had to walk in front of a patient to ask if they’re not going to call me, I’ll go home. It had been three and half hours since I had first arrived. I finally went in with absolutely no explanation why. Most disappointing experience in a medical facility, ever.

I’ve been here 20 minutes and still waiting to be seen. When I checked in I was the only person here. Two others trickled in and were called before me. I’m being told over and over that I’ll be called soon. Very frustrating and won’t be coming again.

Very good treatment for me since they helped me make my appointment at that moment and attended to me at that same time ?

Went to take the test before 1pm.
The paper stated the test need to be taken before 1pm but one of the tech kept arguing can’t be done. This because they hired incompetent people that doesn’t understand English. Would not come to this location.

I always get scared when phlebotomist are going to be drawing my blood because some don’t know what the heck they’re doing but A HUGE THANK YOU TO ANTHONY. Experience was just great, helped me keep calm, put that needle in and out came the blood like nothing!!!

I’m a 65 year old disabled senior & I’ve had some VERY bad experiences with blood draws. I always have to lie down or I’ll faint I always ask for a butterfly needle, too. I also always ask for Sophie (possibly Sophia?) because she’s super sweet & gets my vein the first time. She’s so good she leaves barely any bruise on my arm, which is very rare for me. The only complaint I have is that there’s absolutely nothing to place under my head when I lie down which makes it very uncomfortable. And a blood draw is uncomfortable enough! But overall, this Quest makes getting a blood draw as pain free as it can possibly be!

It was extremely difficult trying to make an appointment over the phone. All the information and time-consuming info, you have to listen to, makes one to through down the phone, (hang up).
Complaining to my daughter, she showed me to do it on the internet. What a blessing. No more wasting my time.
Seems, it would be nice if you could tell people, in a simple way,
how to do it on the computer or the phone. I-phone?
Note: my last visit, to your Kensington Office, was very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you. Ernie J.

It took 3 different lab technicians and each one of them poking me once before my blood could be drawn.
The first tech was a female who spent a lot of time doing somethings on the computer before even trying to draw my blood. AFTER she supposedly found my vein on my right arm, she had to go find a Butterfly needle to use on me because she said they do not keep a Butterfly needle in each room. She just quickly jammed the needle into my arm. She shoved the needle in so far, that I though the rubber butterfly wings were going to go inside my arm. The 2nd tech who was a male, after pretending to check other veins on the same arm as the first tech tried, went ahead and just shoved the Butterfly needle into the same hole as the first tech. did. Then Jasmine came in, and listened to me, and she was able to find a vein on my left arm with no problem and was able to draw my blood without any problems. I tried telling the male tech that when I have been in the hospital, they have had to, on occasion, use an Ultrasound machine, to find a vein. He said that was illegal for them to do in the lab. I was in the lab for almost an hour even though I had made an appointment for 2:40 p.m. This is the worst experience I have had at this lab.

The nurses here have no sympathy at all. They prick you with a needle very hard to draw blood. It hurts a lot. The technique is very poor. I don't recommend it.

I saw Justine.
She was very kind and did an AMAZING JOB drawing my blood!! I have blood draws, injections, and infusions often, and Justine had no problem at all, finding a good vein (usually they have issues), in fact, I didn't even feel it at all. I always look away. This time I didn't even know she had put the needle in and she was almost finished. Please make sure she gets complemented! She deserves a raise!! You really need more employees like her!

First time at this location and they called in the wrong person into my appointment, I waited an additional 20 minutes while people after me kept getting called in one by one, I knew the mistake occurred and had to notify multiple people who still made me hand write my info on a paper just so they could figure out who I was. Very scary to think what labs are being run for who when they aren’t even checking if they have the right patient. Didn’t even get a “sorry for the mixup and wait”.
