After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself with a car that bounced like a horse (my kids enjoyed it) and all sorts of lights on. My parents had always used this place to get work done on their cars and have raved about it for years. I should’ve listened to them when they first told me to bring the car in here, but instead tried to handle it on my own. One issue after another and not knowing much about cars, I asked the owner, Dave, to level with me. I explained my situation and asked him to level with me, As if I were his favorite sister.
While he can make no guarantees, he told me what he would do, And offered to work with me. Putting both our defenses aside, we found a middle ground and hoped for the best. 24 to 48 hours later, he let me know the car was ready for pick up.
Due to some foreseen Issues, I had to leave it there for a few extra days, and not once did the owner complain. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it drove like a dream.
A business owner who is able to be sensitive to a customer’s needs is more of what this world needs to see. Far too often, greed takes over this industry and the after effect can be tragic. If you’re looking for work done on your car, With honest and reasonable quotes, This is your place.
As a wise man, once said, if you sell to the Rich, you get poor. If you sell to the poor you get rich.
Let the owner know you were sent by Dragon, and he’ll take good care of you.

Never received my refund. It's been almost 5 months. They have not replied to me in over a month and give me no updates or reasons as to why I have yet to receive the full refund.

Reliable, friendly service! They can always get you in. I have taken my car here for years and so appreciate their honesty and knowledge. And although they are always busy, I appreciate the personal attention they give to each customer.

Honest work for a fair price. This is great independent shop that takes time to explain issues and address the problem. They have also referred elsewhere (dealer) when needed for some hybrid specific problems. I respect their honesty.

Purrfect Auto has been my go to auto shop for more than 10 years. I can always trust their evaluation of any issues and honest pricing, both for repairs and maintenance. The mechanics have been working there for long time. David the owner would send me texts to make sure everything goes well. I feel like a family member to Purrfect Auto.

David and his crew really did an awesome job with my Tacoma. They used OEM parts and they communicate with you every step of the process including photos. If you're looking for a good auto shop with reasonable and competitive prices I highly recommend this place.Services: Transmission

0 Stars. David Henderson refused to look at my car before calling me a "B*tch" and explaining how he doesn't work with "little girls"(for reference, I am almost 30 years old). I am a grown woman and do not tolerate this behavior from anyone. David has had the worst customer service even through the telephone that I have ever experienced. I strongly advise any female to NEVER take their car to this auto shop, don't even bother calling this place, David said it's a "waste of time to talk to women".

If I could give 0 stars I would. David the owner does not care about providing his customers "a honest, caring auto repair shop" (this was pulled From The Business). It was my first time here and definitely my last. I never really leave reviews but I am trying to get the message out there, especially to college students like me who need reliable service not to come here.I came in Friday afternoon as it was one of Triple A's approved auto repair shops. They told me they needed to do the initial diagnostics and told me it would be done today or tomorrow.I got a call Saturday morning in which I was informed that they also sent a text message to let me know what needed to be done. I appreciated the call because that is what I am used to when getting car services. I gave them the GO to work on it.At 1:50pm Saturday, I got a text message they were finished and would be at the shop until 3pm as seen in the picture I attached. I saw the message at 2pm and I took a Lyft there and arrived at 2:38pm to find out they were already closed!! I took a Lyft there and back home and wasted my money for them to be closed. When I went in this Monday morning, David was there. Upon arrival, I told him I was picking up my car and he slid me the invoice and said, sign here. I signed and waited for him to say anything but instead just slid me my copy of the invoice, and my keys and said nothing. I asked him if he was here on Saturday and he explained that he was just there part of the day. When I asked him who closes, he answered by saying "technically we are not open on Saturdays." Major red flag already with the tone and his response. Nowhere on their website, google, yelp, and even the invoice he gave me where their store hours were written did it say they were closed or "technically closed" on Saturdays. When I proceeded to ask him why it says 8am-3pm on their door, he cut me off and said "It's old information." I explained to him my frustration because I wasted money coming to a closed shop and why they hadn't fixed the "old information" his response was "They try as a customer courtesy" whatever that means. As you can see, his responses to me were laughable, lies, and ignorant. Don't come here just to have poor customer service from the owner himself.
