First time here today, ohhhhhh I am sooo impressed and satisfied!!!
I get my mails done every 3weeks, and for some reasons I was in this area, I decided to just walk in and they have good customer services, massage chairs, watched how everyone around me was treated, MI MI was my technician today and she will be my forever tech!!!! She is knowledgeable, skilled, kind, polite, and more!!!! I will recommend this place to anyone !!! BEST NAIL PLACE EVER!!!

The best pedicure ever! I sat in a massage chair for an hour while Kayla skillfully trimmed down my painfully ingrown toenail very low, and thoroughly removed all the dirt and dead skin from my toenails and feet. The sugar scrub was great! When I rolled up my dark blue pants at the beginning, they were full of dead skin flakes from my legs. Now my skin on my feet and lower legs is baby soft! My feet got rubbed, massaged, and pampered. The toenail polish is just a fishing touch. My feet feel great!

I get a pedicure at Pro Nails once a month. The results are very good. Equal to or better than other salons.

This place is not inviting at All . I told them what I want before sitting down and they are trying to convince me to get something else. Prices are extremely high compare to others for French tip .

Visited Pro Nails today for the first time and will 100% be back. I am so happy with my full set. Heidy is a perfectionist and made sure I was happy with every step she is amazing. Great customer service and reasonable prices! Very relaxing environment.

Small little gem in OC that takes good care of their customers with great prices. I get a pedicure and a gel x set everytime with Andy. He has been doing my nails for the past few months and is talented with designs. I also have been in here for a wax and they are good too and won't rip you off like some will in OC!.

Nice experience with Kayla. Called before we arrived. Pedicure for my mom. There were maybe 3 clients in there when we arrived and at one point on time, almost all the chairs were full. Mostly walk ins. Clients also walked in making appointments. Will return. They have convenient hours. Busy center. Next to seven grams restaurant, closer to the Newport Blvd side.

This nail place has been here forever. I have been buying gift certificates for friends and family here for well over 20 years. For the past 4-5 years, I have been coming in myself for the men's pedicure and leg massage package. I have a favorite person who does it, but I honestly don't want to put her name out there. I don't want her to be so booked out that she has no time for me anymore...lol. Sorry, I know that's selfish. But all of the women who do the pedicures are really good. You will find the person that fits you if you come in a couple of times and try different technicians. As a man, I never really saw or thought of the value of having a pedicure service done. If I had a hangnail or calluses on my feet, I would always go to the podiatrist. The podiatrist would ask about what hurt, do a quick visual on my feet and dig in to get the hangnail(s). A little antiseptic and a $50 co-pay and out the door I went. I get so much more here for less than my co-pay. My unnamed technician digs in, she soaks my feet and is really good at finding/removing hangnails. I don't even have to tell her; she locates them by feel. AND I get a complete pedicure, (No polish), a great 10-minute lower leg massage with 2 types of scrubs and finishes it up with lotion. FOR LESS THAN MY MEDICAL CO-PAY! The last time I went to my regular Doctor for my yearly checkup, even he noticed how good my feet and legs look at my age. When I told him the same thing as I have told you here, he just laughed and said to keep doing what I was doing because they were great. He asked, and I did give him the salon name and my techs name. Sorry again guys and gals. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. They are quick and efficient. But they do not go so fast that you feel like they rushed to get through you. I always appreciate their service and quality of the job that they do. Be sure to make an appointment. If you do a walk-in, they may or may not be able to get to you right away. It can get busy because they are so popular. Well worth a try if you are looking for a place to go. Hope that helps someone who needs it.
