The service there was great. The person that helped me was very friendly and helpful. It didn't take too long to take care of my documents. One of the best customer services from the older gentleman who does the live scan. He was careful and kept very professional while doing a live scan. He took care of all my copies properly. I highly recommend this Postal Annex+.

Came in to take pictures for my passport. I called quite a few places around town and this was the cheapest I could find. Around $13. There was no wait-time and he let me take the picture as many times as I wanted until I was happy with it. He printed the photos right away. I should've filled out the paperwork before I came to get my pictures done and then I could've mailed it right then and there but I didn't think that far ahead. We came back and he mailed them out via FedEx. One thing I really wish places around orange county would offer for passport pics is a ring light. My sister in the Bay Area took her passport photo at the local UPS and they had a ring light and her photo turned out way better. I would gladly pay more for my passport photo to be taken with a ring light. Pro tip for taking your passport photo: your ears need to show in the photo so plan your hairstyle ahead of time accordingly.

I went in at 3:30 for livescan fingerprinting, and the gentleman had about ten customers in the 15 mins I waited. He multitasked and prioritized with ease!! The fingerprinting itself took me about 3 minutes, quickest I've ever had. Man was patient and had a positive attitude. Never thought I'd write a review about fingerprinting, but here I am.

Horrible customer service from the older gentleman who does the live scan. He was rude and kept insisting that he needed to keep my document for record which never happened last time when doing a live scan. Charges you to print a copy of your own document even though that the original copy was never handed back to me. Called to get a ATI number and he was rude and very fast paced repeating back the number. Yelled and screamed at me for no reason. Do not come back here ever. He does not deserve to work in customer service. This gentleman does not have any manners and is disrespectful.

Went in for a Live Scan, no apt / walk-in and the staff were friendly, funny, and personable. I've done Live Scans before but they are so much nicer, faster, and kind here. I will return for my nicknacks, greeting cards, and future live scans.

Glad I found this business. Owner is super helpful and knowledgeable. Needed a passport photo and obtained one within 5 minutes of walking into the store, and at a great price. The gentleman who helped me also provided some excellent insight about the passport renewal process which they can facilitate. I'll be back for other postal/shipping/office needs as I like supporting local business owners who provide great service.

I needed to renew my passport hence needed a new photo. I decided to go here and had a very pleasant experience. The guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Price was fair. I was in and out in 5 minutes. He shows you the photo for you to approve. Couldn't ask for more ...maybe a ring light, but if you look bad in the photo it's not their fault :)

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been a business owner for over 30 years. There's no excuse for being rude and unkind to customers. I came in to do a live scan and I had an account number for billing given to me by the client who is hiring me. Instead of kindly explaining that I needed paper work to confirm the account number, the man was rude and unkind and started yelling at me for not knowing this information. I ended up telling him that's not how you treat customers. There's no excuse for being rude, unkind and raising your voice to people who don't understand what's needed. People who are not respectful or kind to the very people who are paying their rent, should not have a business!! Please go anywhere else but this place!!!
