Retail chain store carrying mainly haircare and skincare products, along with a small handful of accessories, cosmetics, and perfumes. Looks like they offer some hair services in the back of their shop as well. They are located in a small plaza off Jamboree Rd, next to The Market Place shopping complex in Tustin. Fair amount of parking is available via the plaza parking lot.
First time coming here. It's much smaller than expected with minimal selection. I called ahead and confirmed store inventory but when I got there, they didn't have the product I wanted ?

I came in for make up. The girl that took me in does facials and offers other services. She was great! Very knowledgeable and her customer service was the best. There was another girl there, they both came from the location in Orange at the block. She was super friendly!

Wasn't happy with the refund policy. I didn't know that Planet Beauty does not offer refunds even if you purchased a day later. Their policy is store credit or exchange only. The cashier person should have told me about their return policy when I was at check out. Poor customer service.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Anne and Debbie are the best! I was struggling with the health of my hair and they helped set me up with some products. They are very knowledgeable and kind!

Everyone is super helpful and wonderful at the Tustin Planet Beauty! I've made accidental purchases both online and in store (I just wasn't paying close enough attention) and they've always been very accommodating on the returns and understanding that sometimes a new mom just needs a little help! They've even turned me onto a few of my favorite new products (but they're never pushy or disrespectful when suggesting things). Strongly recommend this store.

2 stars since the manager is very nice and helped me out yesterday. Very nice store, totally stocked, great place for hair products. 2 stars for being twice as expensive as anywhere else plus you cannot return anything and get a refund. You're telling me in 2022 you cannot return a product untouched 12 hours later and get it returned to the credit card you just used? Only a store credit? Ghetto. I will not be back.

I tried so many locations of planet beauty but this location (Tustin) is the best. Specially Debbie, I think she is the manager in this store, is always nice and excellence of beauty knowledge. She makes me happy during shopping.

I came in to Planet Beauty tonight, the Tustin store, and I was looking for shampoo and product to help stop hair loss. I was lucky to have Dulce helping me tonight with my search for products that help with thinning hair and hair loss. She seemed knowledgeable about hair products in general and products for hair loss. Dulce took an interest in my needs and I ended up purchasing Bumble and Bumble Hair preserving shampoo, Hair Preserving Booster spray and B&B Hair preserving conditioner. I can't wait to try the products l. She also recommended I try Gummy supplements called "Hairtamin." After a few weeks of using my horse products, I will report back on my results. Im keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you Dulce for your help and your pleasant demeanor.

I have been a long time customer Planet Beauty customer! I was a customer at the first Planet Beauty store that opened in Newport Beach over 20 years ago!I loved Planet Beauty from the very beginning! I even helped market the first store! They offer superior, name brand products at discount prices! I love that I can just run in grab my products and be on my way! All of their stores have employees that are so polite and helpful! There are no "pushy" sales people at any of their stores! I shop at many of their stores but my favorite store is the one in Tustin on Jamboree! I love their store manager, Debbie! She is always has a smile on her face and so very helpful! Give them a try....you won't be disappointed!
