Excellent service, above and beyond. I came to pick up one order but left without the second order. Needed balloons for an event. Rebecca assisted and got approval to send to me in time. She made it a great experience. I will be back, thanks Party City!

Came here to get some balloons for my daughter’s birthday and the selection was pretty solid - had everything from spider man, to cocomelon, cars, Disney etc. The store is well organized and never too busy.Parking is super easy here, since it’s in a big lot, and store is pretty decently sized.The main thing that kills this store is whoever handles the helium balloon station. Literally asked a few questions about balloons and gave looks as if I was ruining her day. FYI, you pay for your balloons at the cash register after you view their little 4x8 card that shows the price per dozen or mix and match. We found out the hard way by being bothersome to the employee by asking where the prices were.After getting kicked from the helium station to the cashier, cashier was friendly but told us to see the gal at the helium station which then also gave us a side eye look for not knowing where their selection of solid color balloons are. They are at the end on the wall in “baskets” not the baskets in front of them.Just really irritating to ask someone who is supposed to be helpful, be a complete rude person. It’s not like that’s what they pay you for right? Costs nothing to be polite but guess it costs nothing to be a prick too.

jUST got 5 balloons blown up there and the girl was super nice but upon getting home one of the balloons just sLIPPED right out of the ribbon, and then I saw that another was completely missing!! Upon inspection the employee just tied the ribbon once loosely around the bottom of the foil balloons instead of through the hole :( so of course all of the balloons just slipped right out !! i dont understand why someone would think thats a good idea. Theyre big foil balloons, of course string would just slip off?? it wasn't even tied tightly.. When I got home I checked the weight too and only two of the balloons were even connected to the weight!! I ordered special balloons online and waited a week for them to arrive just for my money to fly away in the air.

Employees clearly do not want to help and always looking so sad!! My least favorite Party City. Also, stock is often low on party items.

Hours are wrong. So upset I went on a weeknight expecting them to be open till 9! Nope close at 8.

Everything was so nice except the employee girl there. it was May 5th night right before closing (8:40PM). The lady employee was so agressively talking and seems she is angry all the time even not happy working in Party city. People go to Party City to prepare a happy day, but it is not happy talking with her. Bad experience for us.

If you see an item in stock online and decide to purchase to pick up later they will cancel your order. Placed an order with 24 available in stock. Only needed one and my order was canceled. Called store to see what happened and they said they didn't have any. I let them know they had 24 in stock online and they said they had new boxes in the back that they hadn't opened yet. Not sure why they couldn't grab the item. This is twice in a row already. Called customer service. Hopefully they do something about management and lazy staff.

The store barely has any stock. Every time I go there's only a few pieces of decorations available. The Bluey and cocomelon options are pathetic. The staffing is always short and their attitudes and customer service is horrible. I am now certain this has to do with management. The store has been doing poorly for years and still no progression. Obviously management doesn't care. I highly recommend the Laguna location. Very stocked with every character you can imagine. Staff is constantly walking around to assist customers. It's like night and day between the two stores.

It's not the store- I need this store and all that it stands for!!! But it's the management and employees- hire better people who care and care about making the customers experience a better one. They must not get it!!! What a shame. They think it's just a paycheck but you are the face we see when we are coming in to celebrate a loved one - plan their surprise party -they have the power for more business!! and all you get are sour faces and NO help when you walk in Wow!!!! Sad sad sad. Owners please train better and rehire new people!!!
