The workers here are really unprofessional. I was here to rerun tire chains that I purchased the day before. When I returned it, an employee (skinny old guy with a long grey beard, loud hoarse voice) asked my kid, "Did you see the snow?", implying that I returned it after I had already used it. FWIW, our trip was supposed to be tomorrow, but because everyone is sick, we decided to forgo the trip. Furthermore, I carried these chains all the way from the car and put it on their counter. My kid took it from the counter to try to play with it (but I said no) - this same employee walks in from the back, sees my kid carrying the chains, then proceeds to tell his co-worker, "Look at that kid carrying the chains. It's too heavy for her! There's no excuse for that!", implying that I had my kid carry the chains all the way from the car and that I'm a bad parent when that wasn't what happened.

I needed a new bulb for the headlight. One of the employees looked up my car make and model, and suggested one of three options, which then was easy to find on the shelf.Fast, easy, thank you for the service.

Today I stopped by to buy some lights buld for my truck and Steve, I think he is the manager, helped me because I was wrong about the location of the light, he came out and put the light buld on, he is very kind and cares about the customer.

Best oreilly in Santa Ana and Tustin area!! This is the only Oreilly auto that will resurface your rotors. $25 each rotor! Much cheaper than buying new ones! I've gotten my sienna minivan, my Lexus ls430, my Lexus ls460, my Toyota Camry, etc etc pretty much all cars done here!! Just gotta Jack up ur car and take the rotors out. Then bring them here and have them resurface them. Takes them 1 hour on average since they gotta help customers out. I'll be back. Autozones and other oreilly WILL NOT resurface your rotors. Only this place will! Totally worth it! Customer service is top notch too! Always so helpful! Ps: their payment system accepts apple pay :)

Inventory is awful. Ordered part for online pickup. Told me they don't have it and could have the part in at 4:30 (approx 30 min). Waited two hours, nothing. Wanted to return all my other parts and they are now struggling trying to figure that out as I type. Lol. What a joke.

I cannot say enough about these guys. I was helping someone try and jump their car and it just fried my electronics. From batteries to fuses to even contacting his own mobile mechanic, Kaelin was the most helpful person I have ever met. His cohort Marina was also incredibly helpful and they both provided service well above what I ever would have expected. Please someone promote these two

Allyson B, you responded to my post about your employee Charles as thought it was a training issue. Clearly, by the number of complaints about Charlie, this is NOT a training issue. This is a Charlie issue that can't be solved with training- he is a complete jerk and bully. You ARE losing business and customers because of him. If you cared about you revenues and customers you'd let him go

Dustin at this location was absolutely the best sales person I have dealt with. Provided detailed explanation of the product, showed me where the products were and recommended higher quality parts. Then he came out to help me install it with a smile and pick up the old parts and threw them away. I've never had such an experience!!! Thank you!!!
