Even though I didn't want to buy a new car because the economy sucks right now and everything is ridicuously overpriced and marked up tenfold. I forked up my savings and headed over to Tustin Mazda dealership. Even though they couldn't offer the price I had in mind I still had a wonderful experience-- we were greeted promptly the first minute we arrived. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, especially Larry Henderson and Sammy. Best salesmans' I've ever met. They worked with us and made the process of getting my new CX-50 very smooth! Thanks Larry for guiding/helping us set up the Mazda app and car settings in detail. Associates were very thoughtful and offered beverages and snacks while we were there. Debbie, from finance, no pressure from the add-ons that was a plus, which we truly appreciate.
The next day my sister noticed dirty spots on the interior top fabric of the car. I reached out to Larry and he was so kind. He told me to bring the car back in and they will clean it for me and balance out my tire pressure and they did just that. Thank you Larry and Mazda detailing staff! I am beyond happy with my choice of car :)

Charles was great!!. Helped us get my daughter a beautiful new Cx5. Everyone was incredibly friendly and quickly made us comfortable offering drinks and even food. Recommended Tustin Mazda to anyone.

I’ve been buying cars from Jim at Tustin Mazda for years, and once again, he exceeded all expectations. I just traded in my 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition for a 2024 CX-5 Carbon Edition Turbo, and the process was seamless. Starting with a Mazda3 this is my third car from Jim, and he always makes the experience stress-free and enjoyable. While I was finishing up paperwork, Jim checked in on my family multiple times to ensure they were comfortable, and the dealership was very welcoming; I highly recommend Jim and Tustin Mazda.

Javier was great! He showed us the cars we were interested in. He was not pushy but very friendly. He knows a lot of information about the 4 cars we asked about. He was able to answer all our questions and then some.

Victor Centeno was the best sales rep I had. He was outside waiting to help people and I was very fortunate to get him. He and the help of Dong Shin helped me get a deal of a lifetime and he is very trustworthy and honest. This dealership overall was hands down the best dealership I’ve been too. I recommend anyone who is interested in Mazdas to come to this dealership and make sure you get Victor dong you won’t regret it!

The car buying experience typically feels very pressured and sometimes scummy - but that is not the case at Tustin Mazda. Rossi (sales) was super nice, answered all my questions, and got me a great deal on the CX-50. Anthony (finance) was also very friendly, didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything, and went over all the options in great detail.
I can’t thank the Tustin Mazda team enough and I’m glad I purchased my car from here. Definitely will purchase a car from them again.

My fiancé and I have been in the market for a family car and we decided to purchase the CX-50. We never felt pressured to buy a car. Yet, because of their undeniable customer service, we felt it was only right to purchase from this dealership. Even after our car purchase, Rossi has assisted us with our questions with so much enthusiasm and professionalism. Thank you again Tustin Mazda, we love our new ride.

Josh really goes above and beyond for his customers and never makes it seem like it’s a job.
