Important to keep in mind when shopping specifically at this location. Since it's considered a boutique they up charge all of the items. They also start removing the color of the week every single day in the Morning. So that's why it's very difficult to find the discount items. The manager will make the employees remove the color of the week in every single department.a lot of resellers arrive in the morning as well because that's the only time the employees are putting clothes out. All this information is very true. I got the details from the inside and witnessed it all several times. The workers are great but one girl who is rude af but management does nothing about her so watch out. Ur welcome :)

As far as this being a great place to shop and pick up bargains, I'll give the Boutique a 4. HOWEVER, the folks who are working in the back of the store, taking in the donations, they get a 2. We had 3 boxes, clearly marked "Fragile" and "Christmas Ornaments", that were THROWN into a bin. I suspect the glass and crystal vases may not have survived, even though they were packed with padding. Also, we donated a large folding table, in very good condition - not so much now that it's been dragged along the concrete floor, certainly damaging the edge of the table. The disrespect shown to those of us who are trying to help make a difference by donating useful items is disappointing. I would appreciate a reply from management.

I've been thrifting since I was a kid with my mom and goodwills have always been a great place to find treasures. I've been to this location a few times and have enjoyed finding great brands regarding clothing for a good price. However in recent times many customers who come here are a bit aggressive in the isles. I've had several people actually hit me with there carts as I'm looking on the lower level shelf's. I have mentioned this to employees here as I feel someone will be injured on day with these aggressive customers. I also am disappointed and dissatisfied with the color tag sales they have. Recently tried to buy purple tag items that were supposed to be 50% off and yet when I was being rung up more than half my items "didn't qualify" even though they announced the tag sale on the intercom and had signs just saying 50% off purple tag. I ended up leaving some items behind because of this. Truth be told you must honor your sale tag promotions. Also you should be more detailed in your descriptions of what is on sale and what is not. A broad description isn't enough. Please Tustin boutique get it together when it comes to your sales and also don't pull color tag items off the shelf when they are on sale. I saw multiple employees doing this and this is not okay!

My first time coming to this location to drop off donation items. The upside is that you can drive up in the back to unload donation items. The downside is that the woman who took my donations was very rude and didn't even talk to me or say thank you. I wasn't offered a receipt, either. I said thank you when she handed my empty box back to me and she still didn't say anything. Shocked and disappointed. Next time I will go to another goodwill location with better customer service.

Been here like 3 times and bought a couple pots for planting houseplants here. Haven't bought any clothes though. The "Boutique" aspect of Goodwills seems like the clothes are displayed on an assortment of racks, circular ones, instead of the straight long clothes racks in most goodwills. Tustin and Huntington Beach boutiques use the better racks/displays for their most trendy clothes in stock and it's a little more expensive a regular goodwill clothes sections. But there have been some decent decor and glass items here. I was looking for picture frames but didn't see any.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Goodwill supposed to be a place that's affordable for those who can't normally afford to shop in other stores? Isn't it a place to help others? I was SHOCKED! At the prices. For 4 items it came out to $68.96 that's CRAZY!!!! Everything in here is priced as if it was new. You can go to other stores for that price and get clothing that have never been used. You can name it Boutique all you like, but you guys are missing the point of what your store was originally intended to be. You guy's literally get everything donated to you, so you can help the less fortunate out. WOW This is a VERY EXPENSIVE place. #GoodwillGoneWRONG! I have added a photo of the message I've sent them.

This place is awful. Donate to anyplace but the Goodwill. They're so rude and lazy!! So many other places are happy to receive your donations!

This location used to be my favorite. With being a "boutique" I could count on this location to have amazing finds. Unfortunately the last 2 months it's rapidly declining. Not only did they raise their prices to OUTRAGEOUS prices ($17.99 for All jeans) but they are trying to sell items that you can get at TJ maxx, Amazon, Wallmart or Target clearence for cheaper. In September you could barley move the clothes on the racks (assuming Due to price shock they couldn't move inventory fast enough) but now the Racks are extremely bare and looks like a normal location That is desperate for inventory. Extremely outdated items, torn, stained, or straight from wallmart, Target, shein, or Amazon. This location no longer looks like a "boutique" Goodwill.

Came here first time at the OC Goodwill in Tustin. I always find some interesting things sold here. Definitely not your typical Goodwill store, more like an elevated secondhand store. I have found some good brands which included Adidas, Hurlye, Underarmor, Nike within the the mens section. As with any goodwill store, inventory is different and not organized. If you are looking for odds and ends you will find it here. If you want matchin set of dishes or furniture you won't get lucky here.

It use to be a good store a few years ago now they don't even have access to their restroom for the customers. But all the employees use it when they have their own designated restroom... that sucks I've seen elderly people need to use it and they said "NO" when they are paying regular customers what a shame. Also I've seen a lot of items like dresses at $14.99 with original tags from Ross or other stores at $7 even items at $4 and they overcharge the items when they have original tags with clearance tags lower then their price. I hardly buy from them anymore. Their management is very off too. Not my so favorite store anymore.

Excellent prices, organization, cleanliness, and super staff. Stick to the 50% discounted tag color and you can afford anything on offer. Love this place.

This a corrupted goodwill. They keep my dad out of the goodwill when he was just buying clothes for himself. Their is a wanna be man meaning lesbian women as a manger. She is corrupted as well she is getting reported to HR department for her unfairness to a customer who only buys clothes their for himself. Everyone should know what management they have in this goodwill.
