DO NOT RETURN YOUR LEASE HERE!! I returned my lease to Nissan of Tustin (I leased the truck from here so why wouldn't I).
Upon returning it they looked the truck over, and told me to have a nice day. Two months later and dozens of phone calls and emails Nissan Leasing NMAC has no record from them of the my truck being turned in and now filed negative remarks on my credit report
For weeks I've been getting calls from NMAC who would three way call this dealer and still no response. It's insane.

Don't go there. Very unprofessional people don't know what they are doing and people working don't have any information about cars as well. Will not recommend any one to go save your trip

I had my car rented and we bought it. They demanded that we leave the car for repairs because the bank would not let them make the loan without that missing inspection. I left it for 5 days, I thought they would wash it and deliver it clean inside because I had purchased it, but instead when I picked it up the car, they delivered it to me all dirty inside and out. They were only good at sticking the purchase paper on it and I didn't even deserve that they gave it to me clean. What terrible service and some very despotic people, the girls who are cashiers.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this dealership, I purchased a 2021 certified pre owned Sentra from them for an amazing price almost 2 years ago and the car ran perfect and never had an issues at all. Yesterday my girlfriend and I came in and we had 4 people on our side while trying to get two cars (we got a brand new Ariya and a 2021 Honda Civic Sport) and with that said huge thank you to Karim, Carmen, Ron and Jessica in no particular order at all. Carmen went above and beyond with trying to get us approved, Karim was learning everything he could as he is new and is was still extremely knowledgeable when asking him questions, Rob has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met and he was extremely knowledgeable on the Nissan Ariya that we got and, lastly all in no particular order Jessica who made all the paperwork go seamlessly and even went above and beyond to help the best she could.

UPADATE: 8/4/2024: I took my Kicks to my mechanic and he told me to take Kicks to the Nissan dealership to restart my ecu. I did, it cost me around $600 bucks. Nissan fixed the issue and and made some other repair recommendations, which were correct. My car is at 100% now and runs good. Finally.
8/2024: I contacted Nissan Corporate office, and they declined my claim. They did not even ask me to take my vehicle to the shop even though I told them all my issues I was having and that my check engine light was on and after getting the vehicle checked by an OBD2 Diagnostic tool it showed Error Code P01001 which is a MASS Airflow issue.
I replaced the part needed and a few weeks later my check engine light came back on again and after doing running a diagnostic with a different OBD2 Tool, it showed the same P01001 error code but this time it also suggested that my Engine Oil Dipstick or Alternator ($700 part or more) may be the new issues.
UPDATE 1/23/2024: Nissan of Tustin contacted me after writing this review and asked me to contact their corporate office to fill a claim. Long story short, they declined my claim based on my work order history at the dealership but on my last visit I asked the customer service desk to make sure they test my car to see if it had any engine and or electrical issues and after service, they said no issue was found, even though I told them all the issues I had.... I was told to call BBB or contact Nissan Tustin... At this point it looks like they don't want to take responsibility for them selling me a defective vehicle, even though I still under warranty for my transmission.... I am very upset and if I'm going to contact Nissan of Tustin to see if they will at least fix my car issues that are under warranty. My Transmission seems to be not working good.
I will keep you all posted once I get done speaking with Nissan of Tustin sometime this week. Ill be back!

I bought a 2018 Kicks in 2019 and I found out my car was a lemon and I took my vehicle for to have it checked out along with an oil change and the tech told me there was nothing wrong with my electrical system. Fast forward to today I reached out to an attorney and since my car warranty has expired.

Through my investigation into finding a vehicle to downsize to, found a 2024 Nissan Murano that met all my requirements- fully loaded with the panoramic moonroof with a beautiful gun metal color with deep tinted windows at Tustin Nissan. I sent in a request to get more info on the vehicle- and received a call from Monica. I made an offer, it was accepted with minimal negotiations. Moving forward, we literally did the deal over the phone. All issues were clarified in advance. Working with Monica and Raul on this deal resulted in my driving off in a deal I could not beat. It was a pleasant experience all around. Closing out with Ms. Fatima in finance, no surprises. Everything agreed upon in the deal did not change. Ms. Fatima also gave me a deal on the extended warranty that fit in my budget and she didn’t let me forget about my GAP insurance either. Besides that, she was a really cool individual and it was really great working with her as well. All around, great experience. Check their inventory first and make an offer. They will make it happen!
