Marshawn was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process, and even though the original price quoted went up I’m still saving a little money on the actual auto loan itself and he was able to get me some additional benefits with the tire coverage.

Just spent my time. I received a pretty interesting offer but they won't refinance... stop spam empty offers... I have 740 score, 10k gross income but it's not enough for your attention. After all they send my personal information for other company! They wrote me: thank you for choosing us! Who are you? I didn't ask anything. It's ridiculous ?

They told me my new loan had been processed and that I’d be receiving a welcome letter from the new lien holder within a few days. That was almost a month ago and the new lien holder says they have no records of my name or anything in their system related to me. I’ve verified it with the new lien holder multiple times throughout the past week. They brought it to the attention of their higher ups and were told my loan is through a different than the one they previously confirmed. They texted me the name and phone number but I can’t even find this company online and they don’t answer the phone. Now I have to figure out how to take legal action to get myself out of this mess.

This place was very unprofessional. I scheduled a call appointment and they never called and I work nights so that was the point of scheduling a appointment. They when they did call they said I was approved. After I hung up with them I got a call 2 min later with a lady trying to force gap insurance on me (never once was I told the loan was contingent on me getting gap). Once I said I didn't want it for the tenth time we was hanging up. The lady must have thought she hung up and I heard her tell someone they can just deny my loan, in my opinion, out of spite. I'll happily pay my slightly higher interest rate then get a loan with this unprofessional company
