About a month ago i stopped by here on a saturday morning for a regular pedicure. there was a bit of a wait but i didn’t mind because i knew i hadn’t made an appointment. all of a sudden, one of the ladies whom was getting a pedicure started arguing with the nail tech doing her nails saying she wasn’t doing what she wanted her to do. it was super chaotic and the nail tech ended up getting kicked off from finishing the ladies nails. i ended up getting stuck with the lady that was removed and everything was going fine but i did notice she didn’t ask me what price pedicure i wanted. i know i should’ve spoken up and said something but the nail techs were literally arguing like crazy between themselves in their own language. it was very intense the whole time!! anyways, at the end she ended charging me for the most expensive pedicure they had which was the $35 one!! i literally only had $40 on me so i was only able to leave her a $5 tip (i usually like leaving $10). but serves her right!! the whole arguing plus getting charged for the most expensive pedicure when i wasn’t even asked which one i wanted made me never want to stop by here again.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Walked in on hopes of getting a relaxing mani and pedi which turned into a VERY rushed and poor manicure. I had to tell the nail tech what to do after I realized she was rushing so fast, because she didn't buff my nails after filing them and they were sharp and not well filed either. All different length nails, she messed up my thumb nail 4 times, and at the end thought it would be okay to just add a top coat on top of a visible smudged nail polish. She did my gel removal and manicure in less than 20 mins. What the...?? My pedicure on the other hand was okay. The lady was nice, didn't speak English and had to keep getting the only person who spoke English to help her. To top it off she cut my toe and it kept bleeding throughout the pedicure and stung. She took her time and I appreciated that. The inside was clean, but not sure how clean the instruments they use are because I saw her put the ones she used on me back in the labeled "clean box". Definitely will not be returning.

I am not one to write a bad review but this one needed to be written. I've never been to a spot that instantly makes me feel dirty. There was nail trims everywhere, and nail dust on the chair I sat one which I get it , it's going to happen at a NAIL SALON but this was excessive. They used old soap bottles to fill their products and put this oil directly onto my toe which I'm sure is not sanitary. Im just thinking of how many toes that product was DIRECTLY placed after taking out an ingrown. Also, the tools they use to do the work they were just wiping it down with a towel. I don't know why I didn't walk out but I was already in the chair and it's just one of those times I stuck it out hoping it would get better. The one thing that really bothered me is the fact that they were reusing old "toe separates" . I am all for recycling but that's plain nasty. They didn't even care to hide it being removed from one client to another (my mom). Yes the staff was nice and my pedicure looks nice but I wouldn't spend another dollar here due to sanitary reasons I listed above. Hoping I don't catch anything from this visit but only time will tell.

Lowest quality salon I have ever been to. First red flag walking I was the vibe, absolutely no one was there it was so uncomfortable like no background music or anything just three old ladies. The service I requested was a simple gel mani/pedi and up until this visit I had no idea something that simple can be messed up so terribly. Respectfully, the women working here are way too old and have no business doing nails. Their work was sloppy and two ladies took almost two hours to do a simple mani/pedi with no design. The had no attention to detail I had gel that was dried with UV on my skin and missed the sides of my nails. I wanted to get out of there as quick as possible so I just cleaned it myself when I got home. And on top of all that a gel mani/pedi was $90! So expensive for such a simple service! I will not be returning. They need to get younger people or have them intensely retrained.

Katie is amazing! She pays a lot of attention to every detail you ask of her. She’s a perfectionist and always makes you feel like preferences are heard! I love her! She’s also very sweet and always makes me feel like I’m at home! Would recommend to anyone!!!

I love coming here Tammy is so passionate about her job and so sweet the two hours sitting in the chair she was always smiling and laughing. I love how she helped me pick a nail color and I was very undecided on what to get. The results came out amazing. Thank you Tammy.
