Agree with below reviews. Very poor customer service, rude and unprofessional communication, no apologies for arriving to a job nearly an hour late and leave a big mess behind. Please do not give your business to this company when there's numerous other quality companies to choose from.

Good thing I've read the review from Matthew beforehand. I contacted them to get a quote for the several locations of our business to be calibrated. The lady simply could not understand English and I had to repeat myself many times to clarify to her. I still believe she doesn't understand 1/2 of it though. She was rude, did not care, nor wants any of our business. Yes, Matthew is correct about the price being over the hills. $340 for the first hour and $135/hr after. I told her that is very high and she told me to go back to our referral instead, who in fact was our sales rep referring the business to her. We used to have a very reliable guy who does the calibration for us. Unfortunately, he had a stroke and got ill for working too hard. If not for that, we wouldn't have to call around like MKH. Our equipment doesn't required calibrations but our business ethics puts patient's safety first.

I have used them twice in the past to repair a Midmark table that was acting up. Their scheduling/billing person is quite curt. I felt like the tech they sent was professional and did a good job. They used to charge $160 for a service call just about a year ago and I called today and was very rudely told that their service call went up to $175 now. I called another Midmark provider, EMSAR, that is actually closer, nearly 1/3 the price for a service call, nearly half the cost per hour and the person that scheduled it was kind. PLUS they are listed on Midmark website as a "preferred" provider. This doesn't bode well for MKH. I would recommend shopping around before working with MKH. No need to be treated rudely when calling in to schedule work and give them your hard-earned money.
