Mike McCain has been my insurance agent for over 25 years! When we initially got our policy on our home he took time to walk through clearly and simply all the aspects of insurance that we needed to think about and make recommendations specific to our situation. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive policy just because and he didn't try to sell us the cheapest policy just to get us as a customer. Rather he took time to understand both our needs as well as what we thought was important in the event of claim. It made sense to transfer all of our insurance needs to Mike. Mike and his team have been proactive in connecting with us to determine if there were any changes in our home or auto situation but have never been pushy or trying to upsell us. I have occasionally looked at other providers and they are either higher priced or when you dig deeper have reputational problems. We had a recent auto claim and State Farm actually handled the night of the incident (a Friday night at 10pm - who does that!). I highly recommend Mike and his team at State Farm.

By far the best insurance agent I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Mike has proven that not only does he know his job and know it well but has gone out of his way numerous times to show his consideration for me as a person not just as a client.
Very happy to have Mike as my insurance agent and I'll recommend him to anyone that will take the time to listen.
