Went to check if they can help me with my account settings, the lady in the front told me right away that she can’t help and i have to call corporate . I was told by customer service that i can go to any local stores and they will help me however the lady told me she can’t help , also the phone number she provided for the corporate was wrong.Worst store ever!!!Went to a different store and they were able to help me in 20 minutes everything was done.

BE AWARE! Maha the sales associate is a thief, literally a thief. She tried to get away by overcharging for who knows what and refused to provide a receipt. She was trying to steal $100 bucks from us! Always make sure to get a receipt that shows the charges. She also changed the name on our account. I had to call Metro PCS so that they can flag the store and have her issue me the refund. When she was processing the refund she asked how much did he pay?.. like really? You should know. Thankfully we were able to get our money back.

All I want to give a shout out and say thank you soon much to Anais and Johan that work at the store!! They were AMAZING, very helpful, patient (cuz I'm crazy and hard to deal with) lol. There customer service was on point they are thee BEST! THANKS AGAIN GUYS go down and get yourself a new phone and bask in the greatness of those two there wonderful! If I could give 20 star rating I would!!!!

Kevin and Jose were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us purchase an iPhone, case, screen protector, and charging plug. They even helped us switch to a different plan so that all the lines on our existing Metro account have unlimited data for no extra cost since there was a promotion going on. They were so kind and professional. Thanks, guys!

I bought a new phone and and we don't like the phone was there return to phone lady in the store she said we don't take it back if you upgrade but if you have new line will take it back in 14 days☹️

I am giving 5 stars because I had the most wonderful experience of customer service all thanks to cynthia! she really went out of her way to make sure I got all my questions answered and she took her time with me she never made me feel rushed and made me feel really comfortable and confident in making my decision for my phone and plans. I will be returning. thank you so much cynthia!! if you want great customer service experience make sure to ask for cynthia she will take care you.

I went to this location and Rosie and Priscilla were the best reps I have met with Metropcs....they were both an excellent employees...they both willingly help to fix my IPhone issue. Thank you metropcs for having such a great employees!
