I love this store. The make up artists are pros, and the quality of their make up is great. It really is a classic line that has stood the test of time. You can't go wrong with their make up! I also like the make up remover wipes.

We love the fact that we were given the option to have both ears of our nine month old pierced at the exact same time. Steph and Nancy took the time to make sure the markings for the piercings were symmetrical. Our daughter who usually cries when a stranger tries to interact with her, surprisingly didn't cry during that process. She only cried for a little bit after she was pierced. I was also offered a room to breastfeed her to soothe her after the piercings.

Just had our 8 month baby girl’s ears pierced here and we had such a great experience! Stephanie and Melinda did both ears at the same time, which was the best way to do it,l…very fast and efficient. They made us feel very comfortable and we’re extremely professional perfectionists! Would highly recommend for anyone getting their baby ears pierced. They looks so adorable!! Thank you for easing this mama’s nerves. I’m so happy with them and wish i would have done it sooner. .

We were looking for a place to get my girls ears pierced. We walked into this location with no appointment. We were greeted immediately by the makeup artist and was pointed towards Stephanie, the resident ear piercer. Stephanie was friendly, professional, and took time to measure my girls earlobes for perfect placement. She discussed the whole process from start to finish. The piercing was fast and easy. She showed us after care instructions. The whole thing took about 30 mins. When we checked out she gave us some free samples of face stuff and lip gloss. It was an awesome experience! Will return for our next piercing! Make an appointment with Stephanie - she is amazing!

Me and my bestie came in here to get our ears pierced. we were both super nervous but Stephanie was so helpful and such an angel she kept us calm and did our piercings super fast! Love her! 100% will go back again if Stephanie is there to do our piercings again!

Went there today to get our daughter's ear pierced!!! Stephanie and Melinda did an Amazing job!!! Stephanie was sooo nice and personable!! Both of them did such an amazing job with our daughter!! They just got themselves lifetime customers, we will be taking our future children there as well as referring everyone we know to them!!! Thank you so much again ladies!!

Melinda did a great job with my Facial and Nose piercing didn't hurt that much it comes with a kit you have to change the stud like three days to another on with backing or pitching the inside clean twice for six months

I had been very hesitant to get my baby girl's ears pierced, but I finally decided to do my research on a place that would pierce an 11m old's ears. After calling a few places near Irvine I finally found Merle Norman (via Yelp) and am so thankful I did. I of course was super nervous (hate seeing my kids in pain) but the two Merle employees, Stephanie and Melinda were working the evening of my daughter's appointment and were just wonderful. Stephanie was patient, informative and just so smitten with my baby girl. That made me feel a lot more at ease and before I knew it, my daughter's ears were pierced. She cried for a minute or two and then was fine. Why I think her piercing appointment went so well is because both Melinda and Stephanie pierced her ears at the exact same time which I find so ingenious! I'm writing this review the day after my daughter's piercing appointment and happy to report she slept fine through the night and hasn't fussed about her piercings whatsoever. I would highly recommend taking your babies/kiddos to Merle Norman! Thank you to Melinda and Stephanie for your kindness and for making this experience a positively memorable one!

We had an amazing experience with this place. My 10 month old daughter and I both got our ears pierced with Melinda. All the staff there were amazing and so caring. They were very professional, quick and easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for piercing!

For many years i have been going to Merle Norman , Tustin. When i go in i kinda feel wiped out and when i come out a minifacial perks me up and i look so much better never disappointed with their service or products -and very relaxing to top it off. Thank you for being there guys
