If you are looking for lower price item, and semi decent quality, it's the place to visit. I needed something for the bathroom, and found it there, and surprisingly found a summer dress. It looked pretty cute ??

Marshall's executives! what is your return policy because I don't think we are all in the same page. I have my receipt, blouse never worn but I can't return it because they don't believe it was never worn. I'm well within the 30 days and they are questioning that. How! I returned 2 other items no issue but somehow this one item is not returnable. Unreal and over a $24.99 blouse. Sounds like lessons from Costco and Kohls are in order. Disappointing to say the least.
