The lady's were so nice Tori (i think that's how you spell it)
was the one doing my nails she was so sweet!!! Tottaly worth it! Tori did an amazing job I'm obsessed with my nails looks just like the picture I showed her, she did amazing work! I love it! My experience was amazing even though I didnt have an appointment, it was also my 1st time in a nail salon but as I said amazing work and job! In love with my nails! ????

I would like to ask if anyone has experienced the same thing as me when experiencing the basic foot service package here? When the technician gave me the service package to choose from, I wanted to choose the basic service package because I didn't have much time and after hearing that I chose the basic package, the technician showed an attitude towards me and she seemed not to care about my feelings and existence, while working she kept talking and laughing in her language, possibly mocking the service package I chose and that I was an inferior person? I asked if there was any problem when I chose that package, she seemed not to care and didn't listen, she continued to laugh and joke even though there was an older woman who might be the manager sitting nearby reminding her but she still continued. I don't know who to ask to intervene in this matter but I clearly remember her name is Lisa and I certainly wouldn't want her to take care of my pedicure again if I ever come back and according to my own opinion, maybe I should do the more advanced packages in the service package that the technician gave to receive thoughtful care? Can anyone explain to me?

Been several times. All but one time I have had awful results. The last time is the worst and just ek g go back. Really awful nail techs.

Love this place, but lately it has felt very rushed. Today I went in for a jaded marble design, but my nails came out nothing like the reference picture. I let her know I didn't like them and she was nice enough to let me switch last minute, so I just settled for a French tip. The French tips she did were not clean and I had to keep asking her to fix it. At the end, when she filed the sides, it removed a lot of the color on the sides. At that point I just felt bad to say anything, so I just took an L for today. I'm hoping next time is better.

I drive 1 1/2 for Terry and Mindy! I have been a loyal and consistent customer for 4 years now. That alone should cover the amazing work these ladies do! I am always genuinely happy to see them and of course have them slay my paws and claws. They are the sweetest and so patient with me, because I am super picky (sorry ). Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely gorgeous set! Lona did such a great job and did the exact design I wanted and her touch on the little diamonds for the flowers made it even better. Great service and super friendly.

Dear Owner, Yesterday I left with my nails not finished because my nail tech (I did not catch her name) refused to do my nails. I had brought water decals I wanted put it. She went to ask someone because she was confused on how it works while also laughing at me. I figured it out and showed her and we tried it out, but she did not like it. She and the secretary said they might have similar stickers, but they did not cover my whole nail so I did not like it. Instead of figuring out a solution she told me she refuses to do my nails. I asked if someone else can and she said she doesn't think anyone will. The secretary then told me I can try at home. There are youtube videos on how to apply water decals that I think your nail techs should watch. Anyways I went to Pardon My French across the street today and had them done. Please improve your customer service. I translated this review in vietnamese so you can understand better. Hôm qua, tôi rời đi với bộ móng chưa hoàn thành vì thợ làm móng của tôi (tôi không biết tên cô ấy) từ chối làm móng cho tôi. Tôi đã mang theo đề can nước mà tôi muốn dán nó. Cô ấy đi hỏi ai đó vì cô ấy bối rối về cách thức hoạt động của nó và còn cười nhạo tôi. Tôi đã tìm ra và đưa cho cô ấy xem và chúng tôi đã thử nhưng cô ấy không thích. Cô và thư ký nói có thể có miếng dán giống nhau nhưng không che hết móng tay của tôi nên tôi không thích. Thay vì tìm ra giải pháp, cô ấy nói với tôi rằng cô ấy từ chối làm móng tay cho tôi. excellent service!! got my nails done here once and i can say the quality and details are as good as the pictures show :)) they can pretty much do anything trendy and cute or whatever you like. the staff is also very polite and accommodating with any requests you have. 10/10 would recommend, im about to book my next service ^^

I love this nail studio! If youre willing to spend good money on your nails this is your spot. I have tried to go to different nail spots due to living a bit out of the way but I can not get the same results as I do here The ladies are so willing to try the requested designs and colors and even advise you to ask so they can learn You never wait too long and they make sure you are in and out I dont even like telling my friends of where I go because this place is one hell of a gem!

Open on Memorial Day! I called ahead to make sure they were open on the holiday. And they were! Of course they were super crowded too. I only waited 15 minutes though to be assigned a chair. I was in desperate need of a pedicure. My toes were looking all wonky growing out. I always do gel polish because it lasts longer and doesn't chip. I found the perfect color in regular polish, but couldn't find it in gel. So I changed gears and went with a gel color called "twilight." I would pick the color named after a sparkly vampire series lolol It's a pretty purple color with flecks of glitter. Really pretty color! My feet came out good! Huge improvement from before lol

It has been about 3 months since I did my nails at Lush and I continue to feel disappointed by the service I was provided. The manicurist cut me a couple of different times. I had to pull my hand away from her because she did not realize she had hurt me. She apologized but she continued to be careless in her work. She left my nails brittle and damaged. I will not return to this establishment.

I've been coming here for years now so an extra star for good experiences in the past but general low rating as I got a pedicure yesterday and the technician went way too deep will cutting my cuticles (kept digging at the same nail fold area for a few minutes) and now my big toe is tender, inflamed, and oozing a bit of yellow liquid which means it's probably infected. When she poured rubbing alcohol on my toes before polish application and my toe BURNED, she was surprised. I just feel like more care should be given when providing these services because an infection is no joke. First time I experienced this at any nail salon and I'm sad to say it may finally be time for me to find a new salon :(
