My landlord was gracious enough to purchase a new fridge from Lowe's for his house I rent. The first time they were scheduled for delivery, they were hours late and I couldn't wait any longer. They were rescheduled for 3 days later between 8:00-12:00. 1:00 I called to see where they were. I was told between 2:00-6:00. At 7:00 I called my landlord. No fridge. He said they called him needing the gate code. He gave it to them but they never showed. All of my food is on the counters. I'm getting the run around now to try and reschedule for the third time. Never buy anything for delivery. This is ridiculous and unnerving!!

Bad bad bad bought a 2000 fridge and had them delivered 8am-12 they didn't show until 6pm. I had change my whole day of work and everything from that time that was giving to me from Lowe's and now change it again. It's cost me money and wasted my time all day for a fridge. I'll tell you I "thought " Lowe's is better than homedepot but I was wrong. I'll be taking my business elsewhere very very disappointed in you guys. This is ridiculous!!!! You gots to understand that you can't take back time. Time is precious

This is a huge showroom. However, Home Depot has a larger selection of both bathroom lighting and faucets.

Go to Home Depot instead if you are looking for advice or have questions about anything. Tracking down an employee for help takes forever (currently writing this after waiting nearly 20 minutes for help at the paint desk, despite 4x calls over the loudspeaker by the returns clerk) and when you do finally get someone - they are not eager to help.Store consistently feels short staffed (on ownership/management), generally unhelpful (on management/employees), and lacking in knowledge (on whoever is responsible for training).Edit:Had to ask yet another time for someone to be sent to paint. Was met with a “yeah if you really want me to I can go find him”. Rude.Man that helped me with the paint was friendly though.Whoever runs this store needs to put 50% more employees on the floor and implement a change of attitude.Thanks for the reply @Lowes

We came here searching for grout and were able to find everything we needed. There is a big variety of different materials, and the prices are moderately fair. The guy that helped us is very knowledgeable and we found everything in a timely manner. We had a good experience here.

The employee “ Edgar “ in appliance dept was extremely do not want to help a customer !!Bought 2 ovens and a dishwasher from him.Today, got a delivery text for both ovens be deliver to my home. But I only need 1. The reason why I paid for 2 ovens is. Edger told me he dont think I will get the one i wanted, only 3 shown in their system. So I picked the 2nd model and also paid for it. And will pick one when they schedule delivery !!!But tonight when i got both delivery notice from text. I wanted to cancel the other one.So I called Lowe’s at tustin asking for appliance, someone picked up the phone and hang up on me !!Called again, same thing happened. Called couple more times. Got hang up again and again !!So I decided to go there before they close.Saw Edger there, I m right in front of him. He saw me there. He is talking to another female employee there. Didnt even say “ I be right with you “. After they done talking, I ask him how can I cancel one of the delivery. He told me I need to call the delivery guys. He cannot do anything for me !!So I ask him what about I go to customer service for refund !! He said it be too late to cancelI went to the customer service desk.The guy over there is very helpful. He ask for my receipts and look in his system.Found out the one I wanted is on it way to my address.The other oven not ready for ship.So he went talk to his supervisor and refunded me the extra oven that I dont need right there.Its already 8:30. They close at 9:00. If Edger would of check the status of both orders in his system. Everything would be simple and easy.When you go Lowe’s at Tustin Park ave.Do not ask for “ Edger “ !!!

If there has a negative number, I shall give minus five. Usually, I kept two Blue Rhino propane tanks at home. It won't interrupt my BBQ when it ran out. I found that one was not working today. I went to store and paid for a new one. It would save me time instaed of arguing about the refund of the old one. Unfortunately, the store ran out of the stock. Due to the safety concerns, I asked for replacing the old one with my bad one temporarily and waited for my next visit. I waited for a hour. The manager went out, rejected my request, and, denied tht it was from her store. I did not know any where else had the Blue Rhino brand around Irvine.
