Came in to purchase a refrigerator and walking into the store I SPILLED my coffee. Nathan was the first person to check on us. He helped us no questions asked. I felt bad having him clean it up but he did it with a smile. Thank you NATHAN!!!! we will be coming back to this location from now on

Just spoke to an associate on the phone about a return inquiry , extremely rude . Just ask a simple question if i'm allowed to use a product and return it with in 30 days . Sounds like she didn't understand the question so i repeated it and laughed say yes . Spent 20 minutes on a simple yes or no answer . Whoever i spoke with shouldn't be on the customer service line . Lucky for her i didn't get her name.

Horrible customer service, went for 3 items. I waited 25 minutes for someone to come to cut some flooring no one came. 4 employees passed me, told me that they would call someone, 1 being the manager or supervisor who didn't know how to use a machine. If you like your time being wasted and useless employees you go to Lowe's but if you like things done the right way you go to Home Depot.

Maybe because I was shopping at the Burbank location where service use to be excellent. Now they have gone the opposite n service is non existent I have purchased endless appliances. However,this last time I Purchased a floor model Frigidaire. It was priced well and would have been a deal if it worked. Who buys an upgrade appliance that doesn't work, had to set up 2 service calls, extended wait times for set service n wait for parts. not have a working Fridge for about 1 month is NOT a buy Cld store immediately to report problem and they blew smoke up my ....,.. promised to assist in resolving my prob then ghosted me n ignored me. This occurred 3 times then told me I was beyond their return policy. My documentation verified that I cld them immediately within the time n there promise to look into my prob only caused more aggravation for me. This never happens at Hone Depot. That's my go to store now. If u shop at Lowe's beware u r on ur own It's almost impossible to reach them via land. They place u on hold 4 over 15 min then hang up.

Angelo and Maria are excellent in Customer support. Rate their excellent service as a 10!!! Angelo is in the garden center and goes the extra mile to make sure customers can find what they need. Maria is very cordial as well and cery helpful in the Customer service area. Always nice to shop at Lowes with such friendly service!

I made appointment to have an estimate for replacement windows and attempted multiple times to cancel but no one ever picks up the phone and when they do they hang it up! At this point it's on them to find out I want to cancel! I'm done trying to call and do the right thing.

I came in to buy packing supplies. I had to get boxes. Found them pretty quickly but didn't know how to put them in the cart. I just put them on top of the cart of course slipping about as I was going to check out. A helpful employee saw me struggling and helped me put it in my cart the correct way. OMG Gary was so patient and nice enough to get them in my cart. Thanks again Gary!!!! You were awesome and helpful. When I got to check out it was a breeze..

IMPOSSIBLE to get help. Walked all the way to the front of the store to request it, walked all the way back to the row at the back of the store and waited and waited and waited. Went back up to the front and talked to the same customer service rep who went to look for a manager. ALL managers were on break. Really? How is there no one in charge of the store?? Terrible customer service. This is a pattern with Lowe's...definitely not a first time experience...Just the first time I'm yelping about it.

Came in to buy some plants and batteries for my car key alarm.Came in late so luckily it wasn't busy. The store was very clean and organized. Service was good as well even tho we used the self check out.

Customer service here is poor. I bought a miniature Santa Clause and of coarse when I got to the self check out stand (all they had open) I immediately had to clock in. As usual there was no tag on my item so a Lowe's associate came up to me (this is where I thought I would get some help) and she asked me if there was a tag on the bottom, to which I said no. So I thought she would use her radio and call someone to look it up, but thats what I am there for. After all I'm free help. So she tells me that I will have to go back to where I got it and take a picture of the tag on the shelf so that we can type in the code. I was completely dumbfounded that I would have to do this, as I felt as a customer this is where customer service would come into play, but again that's my role here. I'm the cashier so I must also be customer service. Well let me tell you, as soon as I got home I sent myself an email of my displeasure. I might as well be management too. So if you have any complaints about Lowe's in Tustin just email me and I'll see what I can do. Signed Lowe's Representative

Christmas tree shopping early! This Lowe's has a great selection of trees for an affordable price. I just wish this location accepted Apple Pay. I don't think most Lowe's do. The same thing with Home Depot... no Apple Pay which is pretty inconvenient! Otherwise, I still enjoy coming here to buy my cleaning supplies and other gardening stuff! Never had to return anything here so I'm not sure what the process is like but sometimes when the return lines are short, the cashier still lets me check out!

How the heck do you serve customers and have such a horrible customer service? So very disappointed with Lowe's. We just purchased a laundry and dryer set, which was supposed to come today (confirmed). We dropped everything in our day so that we can be home to receive our order. NO phone call, NO updates, but finally an email which says our order will now be arriving 11 am - 11 pm tomorrow. Do they really think we have NOTHING to do all day?! We call customer service, who tells us they won't know anything until 4 pm today. We tell her NO ONE can be home until passed 12 tomorrow. She can't even leave a note on the screen to come passed noon. I understand delivery can have issues, but do they really expect us to everything and wait around all day .., for days?! (I will be beyond pissed if they inform us tomorrow it will not be coming) I really hope they end up coming tomorrow. Why would you even ask us when we would like our delivery if you cannot keep your word, and then expect us to be free when U are free? We already paid for our items, isn't that what customer service is all about?! Never ever ordering from Lowe's again and a warning to all others * UPDATE: They never ended up coming the next day. We cancelled our order, and ended up ordering from Home Depot, who delivered our items efficiently on time

WTF? God forbid you lose your receipt, this tote will NOT issue merchandise credit for you I'm sorry, what??!! Save yourself the hassle. Shop at Home Depot. You actually get customer service there!
