First time coming here and got a mani and pedi. I opted for the basic package and these ladies keep pushing me to upgrade. I know I had 1 problem area and it was a callous from all the walking i've been doing. At first she said it was free to remove (which hurt a lot as she was basically cutting it off and not sanding it off) and then I saw the tagged fee at the end. Not good. I picked a pink color for both hands and feet but during the middle of my service, another customer wanted the exact color and they gave it her while my toes dried,. I had to wait for that other ustomer to finish before they would start on my hands. I just didn't appreciate the extra time I had to wait for someone else when I had selected the color first. By the way, the manicure color came off within 5 days so I had to go and buy the same brand and color to refill. My pedicure was still find and I am still recovering from the callous removal job and it's been 2 weeks! Luckily no infection.

Disgusting place it was my first time here and they cut my feet so horribly I’ve never experienced this before any where I usually go to family nails on Edinger and they were closed today I asked for squared and just a little bit of cut and they messed up my toes and made me bleed and she still wanted to charge me for fixing them ??? I told them just to stop already and leave my feet alone and she said well it’s gonna be 20$ just to cut them

I've gone to this place every time now. Everyone is the sweetest. Make appointments or call to see availability. Most days walk-in isn't a problem. But then sometimes they are so busy. Could be an hr sometime. It's not big deal to me cuz other places disappoint me every time. Then I'll have them fix it. I feel like family here. They recognize me and we talk up a storm. They are cash tip only. 2$ fee on card. Kinda annoying but it's a business. Tips through venmo or zelle is acceptable. I think this place is very convenient for me. I'm always on the go. I do love it here

I have been going here for two years every two weeks for my manicure/pedicure. The ladies here are the sweetest, my manicurist Annie is the most lovely woman she has a true passion for what she does and it shows in the work she has done for me! I love how my nails turn out every time any vision I've had for my nails or idea she has made come to life
