This is a poor service and upcharged nail salon, do not waste your money here.Got my toes done for my birthday and paid for the $55 packet. She never massaged me for the allotted time she was suppose to probably thinking I wouldn't notice cause I was talking to my family member and the design on my toes is nothing like the photo even though she tried to do it multiple times. Ended up paying $75 dollars just cause I got gel. Please do not waste your time and money here and if you do, make sure she massages you like you paid for.

I went for a pedicure there and had a deluxe pedicure which is a 45 dollar pedicure. I had some rough heels so I went for this service. Barely smooths the heels...not like my regular nail salon. Not worth the 45.Service: Pedicure

I used to come into this salon every 2-3 weeks but their services are now terrible. Not to mention how EXTREMELY pushy they are about add on services! I got a $45 pedicure, all they did was clean my cuticles and hardly did a callus removal. I asked them to cute my nails shorter, but she didn't do it..she proceeded to "cut" my nails but really didn't. The filing, there was no filing to make my nail look straight. It has ridges and just looks like crap. Not to mention my nail color. Basic white nail color and couldn't even pain my toe nails right. What a waste NEVER coming back here afai

Friendly but sawed my cuticles off, slow, and poor polish application.

Honestly a major rip off. I got plain color on my toes and NO COLOR just cuticles clean up etc on my nails and it was $60, absolutely unreal . I should have asked before, and I'm sure that's why I was taken advantage of. My nails actually look worse than when I came as well, bad file job - the shapes are uneven and have some rigid edges. Won't be coming back here.

My friend came to visit me from Sacramento and I brought her here so we can get our nails and toes done Nails techs had said it was fine, they took over 3 hours on us, as they were doing our toes, they got busy and complained about wanting our nails done as well( mine was just a fill). When the nail tech was doing my nails I let her know her tool was burning, she said it's HOT and I just need to put up with the pain. She wanted to charge me $295, I asked her to tell me what she was charging me for, and she started naming things I didn't get, so she lowered it to $230, but ended up charging me $250 instead , she didn't know to issue the refund so I had to wait there longer, the shape and design of our nails are so ugly, I'm so disappointed that I had to pay over $200 for this She also kept making rude comments about me being to young to be a parent. HORRIBLE SERVICE !

First & last time here. I came a week & a half ago and the next day I have small bubbles that have formed on most of my nails. Also when the tech using the tools it was SO MESSY. I was completely covered with white particles. It was all over my clothes, my hair, totally covered my phone that was laying flat on the counter, and got in my eyes! It was insane, never seen anything like that before Not to mention, the 10% off discount for checking in on YELP will not be honored. Not sure why it's there to bring new customers in if you're not gonna honor it.

I booked my reservation via ClassPass. The service was pretty good and before i leave, i decided to give a tip. But suddenly they demand me to pay all the money. I tried to explain to the staff that classpass bookings are prepaid but they wont even listen and constant yelling and shaming me in front of other employees. I wouldnt mind if they want to detain me to check for the authencity because they were yelling about no money transfer from classpass, but they humiliated me so much. At some point they were speaking to someone on the phone (manager i supposed?) and finally they tell me that i am free to go without apologizing me for the scene they make me go through.

I am a Classpass user and had to avoid high intensity work outs for two weeks due to my ombré powdered brows. Long story short, I had to use my credits or lose them, so I decided to get my nails done here at Labella Nail Salon. I haven't gotten my nails done in three years so I was like why not, especially since I have an out of town trip this week. I came to the salon & checked in. The worker asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel manicure and I agreed. I wanted to book a gel manicure anyways, but didn't want to spend 18 credits on Classpass! The nail technician who worked on my nails was very sweet but I can tell she's a bit inexperienced. I showed her an original design that seemed a little too complicated for her. I didn't mind because I was okay with settling for something different, so I picked a mauve color. While working on my nails, she accidentally cut me. It wasn't a big deal to me, but it did hurt. I also asked a simple starry sparkly design on two my fingernails. I'm not sure what happened, but the stars starting coming off when I got home. I was a little disappointed because the stars left a crease on my nails when they fell off. I should have went with no design if that was the case. Even with the Classpass deal, I paid $16 before tip. That's pretty pricey for a gel manicure, especially with the results I got. The nail technicians were convincing me to come back for lashes, but I have no plans to return. I'm appreciative of the technicians' kindness, however I will not be back.
