When I was there washing my car I had to get change from this nice young man that was washing his truck since the machine wasn't working to give out change! While I was washing the inside of my car the owner announced over the speaker that he had to leave cause he was "throwing away to much trash, it is a car wash leave now!" The young man wasn't even using any other trash cans just the one next to his truck. Didn't seem like he was throwing away an excessive amount since his trash can didn't even look to be overflowing. He was there with his sons washing the inside of his truck first, seems like he was going to wash the outside once he was done. After the announcement he left since the owner just kept repeating "leave now, leave now!" Very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable knowing they are just watching everyone through the cameras!

This place is always busy, but it's big enough so you don't have to wait to long. Every time I come here everything works perfect so I never have issues.

Automatic Touchless was not worth. Unless you bring in your own finishing (dry towel, wax/microfiber, other supplies) touches to really complete the car wash. I would just use the self serving ones since you are expected to do more work after.

Wash your car here at your own risk!1. One of the customers used the car body brush on their tires after they washed the car body. The brush was NOT rinsed off and placed back on the wall! Imagine the grease! 2. Another customer took over 1 stall for hours washing their BIG car using water buckets and detailing their car inside the stall instead of moving to the drying area!! There is not any staff onsite to monitor or oversee. It is best to use your credit and pay $6 for 10 minutes. Bring a washing partner to help you with the water while you hand-wash with your own washing sponges. Then use the air blower all within that 10 minutes to dry the water and then dry your car in the drying area. If you love your car paint and the shiny look - DO NOT USE THOSE BRUSHES at the car wash. Bring your own tools that will protect your car. Please be mindful of people waiting and NOT TAKE OVER ANY STALL!

Just Average nothing Special or Extra ,here, the timers are short and the spot free rinse pressure is set below another car wash of this type to insure you'll have to jam in a few Extra dollars just to rinse off your vehicle .

While I was drying my car the male owner came over with a leaf blower and blew trash back onto my car while I had the car door open. After 5 minutes of trying to take out all the trash his wife came over saying that we were taking too long and had to leave.

I washed my brand new car in the section that has the automated water hoses. I didn't realize that I was inside the automated car wash section because I didn't read the details carefully. Maybe there should be a sign that states the one slot is automated. I didn't like that the one parking slot, which is in front of the automated car wash section, was too close to the water hoses, so my car was splashed and sprinkled with water while I was drying and vacuuming the inside of my car. Now I know! I'll still go more often because it's only )14.00.

Our first time trying this place was great. No issues and left satisfied. Only negative is that it is pricey compared to other washes and yes the water pressure is a bit weak. Today, our second time coming... we decided to take our lunch to wash the car. Got here and we noticed the lady cleaning up the ports. She was nice and said hi. Once we started to wash the car, mid-wash (as we only washed not even half of the car she tells us that we can't hand wash during the day. Just wash, soap and wash? That defeats the purpose of scrubbing off any dirt/specs/buildup off the car. So we had to just rinse off the soap and drive out to the vacuum area to hand dry. I think she did this because there was another car waiting to use a port, but still to stop us mid-wash was ridiculous. The other car waiting had no issues with waiting but she wanted to rush us because we were hand washing. Specifically with our cars, we prefer to hand wash instead of using their scrubbing mops as that damages paint and causes scratches. I think she just wanted us to move to get more customers in. No signs stated hand washing is only at night (which is what she told us mid-wash to get us to stop)

Went there to wash work van and the lady working there guided me in to install and when the holes accidentally came undone they she actually went inside and returned the coins to the machine and ask you put them in even after I told her she didn't have to you know I understand that that was just an accident she was great and if I'm guessing right that was her husband and he's no more quiet didn't say that much but you know I did communicate with both of them about all I did was fix a hose. Great team.

I must have driven past this place 100x and I never knew was I was missing. It was a very unique experience, you pay (I think it was $6 for 10 min) and then use the dials on the machine to activate the different tools, they had a foaming scrub brush, a hose which had different settings if you wanted to to a pre soak or if you wanted high or low pressure, and a dryer. Only thing I will say is it is seemingly impossible to do all you need to do in one go so I would anticipate having to pay twice to fully go through all you need to go through
