This place is so unorganized, they only care about the money, they didn't treat my son well. He has autism, and they said they don't specialize kids with the spectrum, which I understand, but it's common sense that you have to do a little extra work to help them understand. After a week or 2 since I pulled him out of there, I hear that someone who works there that wasn't working in his age group were gossiping about why and how he got pulled out. This place is so unorganized! They don't even greet the kids when the parents drop off the child. A lot of young girls work there and are always on there phones. I honestly love the one Huntington Beach Location!

They didn’t engage with my daughter enough on her first day. She’s a 2 year old. She needed more interaction and 1-on-1 connection to transition. Didn’t like her teacher because she didn’t bother greeting her when we walked in. I only took her for that one day.

This daycare is horrible, they treated my son with autism unfair, and to be unprofessional and to hear about it still from their employees. My son has not been there for over a month. And he is being talked about still. This daycare isn’t organized as well. They hardly gave my son any attention and did not have any patience for him, PATIENCE is what need to have when you want to work with children.

So I would like to put out there that Kiddie Academy has been really good to my son & myself . We've been with them since December 2021. My son is always happy to wake up and know that he's going to "school" he says . If you're looking for a daycare I would highly recommend this place no doubt : )

Kiddie Academy what can I say! Well they have ILLEGALLY taken it upon themselves along with the “mother” of my child to not allow anyone else to pick up my son unless approved by the mom without a court order paper.Legal action will be taken if necessary towards anyone’s involvement in this matter and reported to ALL possible media so they can be exposed. It appears that with the help of my sons friend who also worked at this location and has previously made attempts to have me completely removed have successfully been able to limit my legal power without my approval. This individual is still employed by this franchise and now works at the Cosya Mesa CA location.

This is an long overdue review, but better late than never! What impressed me about KA was the staff's friendliness, reliability and how quickly they responded over the phone when I had a question. Everyone there was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and the teachers took good care of my son. KA helped my son to socialize & learn more with other children his age. He had fun with his friends there overall. Huge thanks to all the staff and teachers (Silvia, Elena, Nicole, Marnay, and anyone I missed). Apologies if any names were misspelled.

Our twins have been going to The Kiddie Academy since they were 5 months old and we absolutely love it! We can see the growth and learning every day! All of the teachers love having them and our girls love seeing them. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart, but structured so that the teachers are able to help each other out. Ms. Elaina, the Director of The Kiddie Academy really cares about the children and works with the parents. The entire staff is amazing and really committed to providing a safe, clean, fun, and loving environment. I'm grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. It's very nice to know that they are in a caring environment while we're at work. Happy to say that your little one will be in secure and safe hands!

after taking my son out of a daycare which he cried at every time i dropped him off i moved him here when he was three and he started in the middle room and has been great ever since he is now 7 and has just moved to the kiddie academy in irvine. but for the past 4 years my son has been happy and has made great friends and trusting relationships with his teachers and the directors. miss favie and ms sinay have been great teachers for my son and very caring to him. my daughter who is two now started in july or 2019 and has had great teachers so far. all the teachers in the baby room are great at communication and very caring and treat the children as if they were their own. she is now in the toddler room where mrs slyvia ms nicole and ms julie do their very best to help take care for my child and treat her just like i would even sometimes going above and beyond. mrs elania and ms tina are great directors and make sure everything goes as should while also making sure the parents and staff are comfortable with working environments and them as bosses. i love this daycare and it would be a sad day when my daughter grows out of here but that's 4 years from now lol

I've had my two boys enrolled here for about a a little over a year now and I have to say I love it. The girls in each of their classrooms are great at communicating with me and if something ever happens and I need to be reached at I am immediately. I work far from the location and I work ALL day so I love feeling safe and secured that my boys are in good hands. Being a full time mamma making sure they are safe while I am away is honestly my number one priority and not only do i feel that but my kids enjoy their time there. Thank you to Ms.Franny, Ms.Sylvia, Ms.Elaina and Ms.Tina for being so kind and caring to my kids always, I have no way in repaying that. You guys are awesome.

My son attended this academy for several months. The teachers are wonderful and my son was able to learn a lot. However, I had to disenroll him due to the covid pandemic. My job had me working from home and the academy was too far from me ( an hour away). The owner, Sonia was extremely rude and basically gave me an ultimatum, either to keep paying $300/week without taking my son to the facility or to just disenroll him. She had no sense of empathy and did not care. I understand that it's a business & this is the way they operate but her delivery was really bad. As a business owner you would think she would at least be nice and courteous. I also had a separate incident where she called me while I was a work saying I had to pick up my son bc he had a fever. I arrive a few minutes later and find my son wearing his sweater and extremely red. I get home (at the time I lived 5min away) and took all his clothes off and kept him in his diaper. I checked his temperature and he was fine. I called to explain my concerns and all she said was that my son didn't want his sweater off. Mind you my son is 2, you would think it be common sense to keep him cool and not listen to what a 2 year old wants. The owner only cares about getting paid and is very standoffish.

They were great and worked with me to get my kids started asap... the staff is very nice, attentive and the place is very clean and lovely, appealing to kids and even adults! My 4yr old loves going although my 21 month old is still getting used to the idea of daycare since this is her first time ever... but I love it so far! Totally would recommend!!

Our child attended Kiddie Academy of Tustin for 3 1/2 years. One of the main features that attracted us to the school at the beginning was the ability to watch our son throughout the day on camera with an app on our phones/computers so we could see for ourselves how he was being cared for and interacting with the other kids and staff. Over the years, I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the teachers and front office employees. There was always at least one teacher per room that I felt went above and beyond in the nurturing and educational advancement departments. The amount of time staff dedicates to decorating and redecorating the interior of the hallways and classrooms really keeps the kids stimulated and engaged in the seasons. It's a beautiful place. They are receptive to concerns and feedback, put on an amazing summer program for and holiday show the littles, and post (usually) daily photos on their private group Facebook account, which I loved as a working mom missing my son. Our child thrived there and was definitely ready when he transitioned to his assigned public elementary both socially and skill-wise! Thank you to everyone at KA -- we miss you all and love you for loving our son. If I have anything critical to say it's really directed at the owners of the school and not the staff whatsoever: the teachers shouldn't be having to use their personal cell phones to upload pictures and videos and play songs for the kids -- they should be supplied with devices owned and paid for by you. Same goes for supplies. Many of the teachers I got to know over the years paid for class materials out of pocket (crayons, markers, etc.). You'd expect that (unfortunately) at a public school -- but not at a private institution. If you, as business owners, aren't paying for adequate materials, then at least ask your parents to bring supplies at the start of each new room assignment and take the burden off the (already underpaid) teachers. Also, the computers in the kindergarten room don't work, and are really there as a prop to make you think your kids are going to get some practice using a keyboard and mouse. The owners failed to fix whatever the issue was (the story kept changing) over the entire year we were in the kinder room. Overall -- great place, and would definitely recommend to other parents.
