I don't understand why they don't have drain plugs in their rooms. I was only there over night so I didn't ask about. 5/5.Safety: Really safe area, I promise you. Maybe not safe enough for some people, but for 99.99 percent it is. You might need to use a little extra common sense though.Walkability: Has really good access to several fast food restaurants including a 24-hour dennys. Gas stations are right there, and a grocery store is barely down the street.

The Hotel is right next to the highway so if you plan on getting any sleep, this is not the place to stay at. I was up most of the night with loud motorcycles racing, cars, trucks, car races, accidents and emergency vehicles with sirens blasting. The staff was ok. The room itself is ok but if you are expecting something like Best Western, or the Marriot, this is not it. Parking is not adequate.

I've stayed at this hotel once a week for the past 5 months because of travel and school. Every single week I am disappointed. The shower heads are trash, the drains smell, the tvs don't work, the phones don't work, sometimes the AC doesn't work. I only stay here because I'm to broke to afford a 100+ night stay. If you have to stay here for a while, it's fine because it's so cheap. If you're here on vacation, maybe you got a couple Ilof kidd and you're trying to save some cash, NOT WORTH IT. Stay in a nicer hotel that includes breakfast, save yourself cash that way. If you are forced to stay here, room 250 and 252 were the only semi decent rooms I stayed in.

BAD AREA. Pictures are either photoshopped or 10 + years old. STAYED HERE 2 nights and couldn’t wait to leave. Rundown and needs to be updated I feel catfished by the motel having booked ahead of time will not be going back

management was rude. didnt want to have a conversation and walked away when i was talking. they were also trying to kick us out of our room cuz my dog barked once the day before. i tried to show my ESA documents but my guy walked away from the convo. they stated that there was a complaint but couldnt show me any type of proof nor was the situation happening. they found out i already paid for another night and changed their attitudes quickly. another dog barked and no one seemed to be getting kicked out?? we stayed there for 7 nights, and planned to stay longer but we are neeeverrrr going back to this hotel. the only time we heard of a "complaint" was when one of the housekeeping ladies noticed we had dogs and told us we werent allowed to have them. i didnt appreciate the way i was treated. ZERO customer service.on top of that, there were people sleeping underneath their stairs & little kids were running around their halls. maybe worry about guest safety instead of trying to kick us out? clearly only care about money.their rooms are gross, they definitely don't deep clean. i found a makeup brush under the bed lol, wasnt mine.

This is one of the dirtiest most disgusting places ever. There is graffiti on the toilet, and on the nightstand. The bathtub/shower feels like there is a layer of God knows what. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and it is very noisy from all of the freeway noise

It is not in the best area in Tustin but the police department does a good job of staying on top of the crime in the area. Room was clean but it had a musty smell, the pool was dirty, housekeeping was really good and respectful. Overall we had a nice stay.

It is not in the best area in Tustin but the police department does a good job of staying on top of the crime in the area. Room was clean but it had a musty smell, the pool was dirty, housekeeping was really good and respectful. Overall we had a nice stay.

Well, at least the staff at the desk seemed nice. Pool was dirty, room was dirty, and people in next over room were loud. TV didn't work well, everytime you turned it in the volume would turn back onto max. I feel like not only was I overcharged but that Expedia had lied to me. Sooner just sleep in my carRooms: Durty

Not bad for the price and location from Santa Ana (john wayne) Airport and oak canyon park for the Punk in the Park festival. They cleaned the rooms everyday and we even jumped in the pool. Uber eats was fast for delivery to our room as well.
