If you have a flat tire, don’t go there they won’t fix it for you, bad service terrible customer service on the reception the black guy he get too close to me whispering if you wanna buy a new tire we could fix it. But when I said no, he brought me the keys back and said we can’t
They just wanna charge you extra money

I rarely write review online, not unless I can provide neutral enough comment. But even after over an hour think back of that instance, I still feel I need share my experience.
For those of you leave 5 stars reviews, I want to say I feel lucky for you got great experiences. To me wasn't that lucky I would think.
My bad experience was with a black receptionist. If there are others, I am sorry that I cannot provide more detail info like name to distinguish them out. Similar experience as some others provided review before, very unprofessional feeling I got just from less than 5 minutes interact with him. Started with no welcome greeting upfront which I can live with, but the conversation after that makes me feel I am the one ruined his day. I didn't know what I could have done to mess up his day while I was the first one stepped in, suppose to be the one received the most positive energy from employee the beginning of the day and had a happy conversation, but it didn't go that direction. Even with that, I still thought of give it a try to stay for the service. But I stepped out a minute later saying I changed my mind cause I kept getting this feeling from him that I am the one who has problem.
I try just simply stating what happened. nothing else, hope it can provide some value for potential customers as well as business owner. I would still think the business itself should be good in general from many other reviews provided, if you can choose which receptionist you want to work with...

The manager at the front desk was very bad and racist. I will never come to such a shop to repair my car again in my life. My impression of this shop is extremely bad

Just met Emmett the manager at the front desk for the first time this afternoon. Love this guy! Brought my Denali in with front right tire losing pressure quickly on the freeway. He made me laugh and ordered tires from the warehouse immediately upon my request after discovering a screw in my inside sidewall. Great guy! Gets it done. Very personable and real. Appreciate his level of customer service and candor.

Horrible day made a little better by Emmett and team. Got a flat tire going to work and didn't have the lug key so got my truck towed to Just Tires. They removed, patched and replaced my tire in no time to get me back to work. Thank you very much gentlemen!

Just had two of my tires replaced recently, want to give a shout out to the team. Had my tires replaced many times at this location always been courteous. Expect to wait as this is a very busy location. I had my tires punctured a few times, recommend getting the road hazard insurance and alignment package.

Won't be back here. I gave them the OK to start working on my car based on the price the quoted me. They took my car apart and then quoted me a price $300 higher. That's not how you do business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Customer service needs to improve and staff needs to be trained.
After I physically waited 2.5 hours in shop, I was told they can not do patch work on my nailed tire . There is nobody to inspect my car and give out information if it is repairable after take my car key during whole 2.5 hours waiting time. Very disjointed !!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Came in for a patch job and they did it in 45 min. I trusted them, my mistake, and went home after the patch job. As we dont drive this car that much due to remote work, we did not notice the tire is flat again after a week. Great, i go back to Just Tires and they tell me that they worked on the wrong tire, HOW?? you are a tire shop! Granted there are 4 tires but I think you would be better than that. Then they tell me the same tire that I originally needed to be patch and only 4 months old need to be replaced!! I wonder why, they tell me that I drove it with the nail too much and it caused even more damage and slashed the side wall of the tire, which I dont know how as the nail was in the middle of the thread. Then they proceed to tell me the tire I need is out of stock. Just WONDERFUL!! they only have one left, a Goodyear Eagle sport that is 200, Why do I need to pay more for your mistake? I dont the rude assistant in the front and he said that all they can do is get rid of the tire warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE. PLEASE!!

This place had me wait for 2 hours for a tire rotation. I had marked my tires with chalk and when i received my car no work had been done. Then the worker there proceeded to gaslight me as to why tire rotations weren’t important instead of just rotating the tires. Really winners at the location. 10/10 a waste of space for an actual business

Emmett has gone out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. I would trust him with all my tire needs and more. He has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the proper tires for my 440 BMW. I cannot praise him enough. I have been a Just Tires customer for many years and have used them for all my cars needs.

This review is a little delayed, but well deserved. I was driving on the freeway, and next thing I hear is a pop. I then start seeing my tire pressure drop exponentially and instantly knew I had a flat. This occurred at around 7pm at night. As I wanted for a tow truck, I called around and no other tire place was open except Just Ties and Costco Tires. As expected, Costco Tires couldn't service me until tomorrow, but Just Tires said that they would be able to if I came in before 8pm, but no guarantees because they can't keep their workers past 8pm. Honestly, I was just grateful that they didn't immediately say no and that I'd have to wait until tomorrow. As a young woman, the first thing on my mind was my safety and getting this fixed asap as it was starting to get dark.
Thankfully, tow truck came and we were able to get there by about 7:45pm. Since it was 15 minutes before closing, I just expected they'd say to wait until tomorrow. However, the service guys there were extremely gracious and worked on replacing my flat tire quickly. I was offered 3 different options (thank you to the guy at the front for not taking advantage of the situation) and was back on the road with a new tire in less than 20 minutes.
Overall, I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team there. Thank you SO much!
