I needed to have my moms few rings cleaned and one the diamond put back in it. The lady that assisted me was super helpful and kind. I explained that I just needed to have the stone put back into the ring to take a picture as my mom can't wear them anymore but I wanted to take a picture so she could admire them in her digital picture frame. She was hugely accommodating with some recommendations and did an easy fix to satisfy my need. She wouldn't take any money for the service and said sometimes moms come first etc. I didn't tell her my mom is in her final stages of cancer and her generosity and kindness made me cry when I left the store. “I walked in to have an 18K Gold Ring resized. My knuckle got bigger over the last 20 years and I couldn't get it on. Andre and his wife Eliz welcomed me and discussed the options. Andre asked if I wanted it done right then - I had to go so suggested early the following week. He called me the next Tuesday and my ring was resized perfectly AND newly cleaned. I forgot how it could sparkle if cleaned. I chatted with them both and they represent a nice, independent jeweler who does great work and loves his craft. I will go back.”
