Went into this place not knowing what to expect, right away was met by a guy named Mark. He was very knowledgable about what I was looking for, he also knew exactly what I was looking for without me having to show him, great service, good guy, he really took the time to help me find what was perfect for me. I will be recommending everyone I know to this place!

Mark and his company helped me design a very personal ring that I was excited about. He was professional, encouraging and the timing was perfect. I couldn’t have crested it without him and his creativity to my vision. When I picked it up I was in awe of the detail and clarity of it all. Ideal Luxury is a discreet quiet business that I feel very comfortable visiting. All communications have been prompt and respectful. Mark and Ryan were wonderful to work with. As a novice to jewelry, Mark walked me through all the steps and did a great job with educating me on the various cuts of stones. We ended up with a beautiful engagement ring that was exactly what I was looking for. Mark was always readily available to meet & worked in a great timeline for our project. I can’t thank Mark and Ryan enough for an incredible experience. I am going through a divorce and was looking for a place to sell our rings at a fair rate. I went to a couple of other places and was low balled. Not only did Mark take his time evaluating all my pieces, he offered an incredibly fair price for all of them that was close to what I was expecting. I highly recommend Ideal Luxury to anyone who is looking to sell their jewelry at a fair rate. These guys are the real deal!

Mark and Ryan are so kind and professional. We had the good fortune to come across Ideal Luxury in late 2021 and Mark took the time to explain everything about our precious timepiece. The entire experience was amazing and comfortable. Mark provided a fair offer and let us know that we could take our time and think about it. We ended up selling the timepiece to Mark. Fast forward to July 2023 and once again we found ourselves thinking about selling another precious timepiece that had sentimental value. It was time to part with it and Mark once again made our appointment fantastic. Mark and Ryan are true professionals. We are glad to have sold our 2nd timepiece to Mark. It will be in good hands. I don’t usually leave reviews but after the experience I had at Ideal Luxury I felt like more people should know about the way they handle their clients and help others!I had been calling around trying to find different shops that would help me through the process of selling my ring but it was Ideal Luxury that extended help and told me to come by whenever was convenient for me. I met with Mark and he was beyond sincere and informative during our meeting. He wanted to make sure I had all the knowledge going forth and made me feel very valued. I can’t recommend Ideal Luxury enough.If you’re someone who is lost or needs better understanding in the realm of diamond and rings, this is the place for you. Not only was I taught about the entire process and importance behind different steps and investments, but I was also treated with such sincere and genuine care.

Mark and his team are so professional. This was my first time going and not only did they make me feel at home, they were on time with my appointment and explained everything to my understanding.
