I called and requested crutches for my husband. Herb was very helpful, personable and very accommodating. I was impressed that he offered to drop off the crutches the same day. Said we were on his way home and would deliver in the evening so that we wouldn't have to wait another day.

Some lady that works here has not send us the diapers we need for my brother and it’s been a month already and we are extremely upset unprofessional.

I have mixed reactions about this place, which I thought was an outlet to purchase medical items but it turned out to basically be an office that horded medical supplies. Nothing is for sale, it's all through insurance companies, so the pictures posted her are completely useless. I hired a guy to pick up supplies, and he told me they only accept insurance and the office looked messy. The lady working there didn't expect anyone to show up, and it took 10 minutes to get a key to open the front door. She asked him if he had insurance (he wasn't hired to share his insurance) so he told her no and left. This was a big waste of time, make it clear that you only deal with insurance instead of pretending you sell these items. Nothing is for sale here, this is a 'Shipping and Receiving' place for an insurance company. Meaning you have to apply for insurance (don't know which, don't care to promote it) and after you qualify this is the place that delivers your goods to your front door, it's not a store. No wonder they don't even have a website.

Worst customer service. Person who picked up the phone is so rude. Not the type of people you would expect open a medical supply store and work with patients. Go somewhere else.

This place is the worse place to get medical supplies! My son has a tracheostomy and he needs his supplies every month he depends on his supplies they are part of his daily needs and he can’t get what he needs. The staff always lies , they take days to return phone calls. My son has been in the hospital 3 times this year because of infections due to the fact that I am having to recycle his supplies . Tracheotomy supplies should never be recycled. This company is a nightmare!

My child has been with company for almost 2 years now and out of those 2 year he has received medical supplies only 9 time . My son has a G-tube and tracheostomy . Medical supplies are very important to have they become part of someone’s life. This company has made that part of my sons life a nightmare! They are the worse company I have ever used. They do not service their patients machines, they lie about supplies being sent out, don’t return phones calls. And when supplies are sent they never send the right supplies and the right amount. And I know they make sure they collect the right amount of money from the insurance companies. This place is a joke. Customer service sucks. Employees are trained to lie and they are rude! They need to be reported!

The WORST unprofessional service. My sons diapers are ALWAYS late. I have called the last couple of times to remind them to send my sons diapers on time and somehow they are never on time. I was told they are supposed to be shipped on the 12th of each month by the lady in charge of diapers. (Confirmed by Herb) This month, I called on Monday, April 17, 2023 to remind them once again. It is Friday, April 21, 2023 and there was NO DIAPER DELIVERY this week. I am beyond frustrated. Herb has been kind but this needs to be fixed ASAP. Even with my calls and reminders, they fail to send them. Every single month I am having to buy my son diapers out of pocket. Diapers that barely fit him due to his age & size. I understand there is some delays at times, but every single month? Unbelievable. Whoever is in charge of my sons diaper order is absolutely terrible at her job. It is not my job to be calling multiple times a week in order for the diapers to be sent. I have been very patient since my son has been receiving diapers from them for a long time. We have NEVER had this issues with other DMEs.

Went to pick up my sons Nebulizer kit and Herb was just great. Very helpful, super funny and all around the customer service was amazing. The other gentleman who was there was awesome too. He helped set up the kit and made it easy for me to understand how to not only use it but clean it as well. Thank you guys for the help!!!

Long overdue!! Herb was so helpful when I was ready to give up because I could find the piece missing to my nebulizer. To order one would have taken days and my child was sick and needing breathing treatments. He was able to help me so quickly...I was so relieved. I haven't had to go back but I always tell my friends and family this is the place to go in a pinch! Thanks again!

Eva is the worst at customer service. Not respectful of the needs of a handicap person. She always delivers LESS than the quantity that is authorized by the insurance, making up case excuses but Billing the insurance for FULL quantity. They are cheats I hope insurance companies audit them and ask them to show tracking numbers and receipts of quantities they actually shipped to customer vs quantities they billed the insurance.
