The treatment I got was very good, but I was supposed to have a 2 hour massage but the lady did not turn up as I had to take my daughters appointment for 90 minutes that day and I ended up getting only 60 minutes. Disappointed it was my birthday treat.

Because it's my husband's birthday, I made an appointment for NuFACE Microcurrent Image in addition to Intro Image Classic Facial. Regrettably, the outcome was awful. It appears that he did not have a facial. He was rather disappointed when the individual informed him that he would definitely see the outcome the next day. It was his first experience and a present, so I felt terrible about it ?. Please be sure before scheduling any appointments

I had not had a facial in yearsssss and went to Hand & Stone thanks to a gifted giftcard I received. The facial I received was magical. Their aestheticians have a "magical" way of rubbing on cleaners/applying serums and moistures that feels so good! The facial massage given to me by Delilah was fantastic! She made some great product recommendations (I asked). Was a Grade A experience!!

I have been coming here for about a year. The staff is always very nice and I have been treated by several different estheticians and massage therapist and have had a good experience with all of them. The facility is clean and tidy and calming. Recommend as a treat to yourself and an upgrade to selfcare.

Pain in the rear to cancel membership. They will tell you it’s cancelled, then a few month later they start charge you again. When you go to store and question, they will blame a former employee for the mistake. But if you didn’t catch that, then you ended up paying a few months. Very sneaky business.
