I got a bouquet from Growers Direct Flowers for my boss who is an attorney and she loved it! It was a beautiful selection of flowers that were designer’s choice. The quality of the flowers is amazing and they have a very fragrant smell. I will definitely be shopping here again. Valerie and Valentina helped me out and I really appreciate their assistance!!

Ordered birthday flowers and specified the date to deliver. They delivered the flowers the next day anyway. I emailed to question this and got no response. Will not use this company again.

6pm closing time is the best! Gives me enough time to swing by after work, unlike every other flower store. I've ordered 2 times and flowers are always amazing. Will definitely be here a lot more. Please never change hours of closing.

I don't recommend this place I had 4 time experience with this company always deliver too late the end of the day when sun is down. All 4 times same thing. I have to do today video shoot and I need flowers on time. I called them yesterday to make sure they said ok.and my husband called team they promised 12 pm to 2 pm. When I called them at 4 pm they are just got the flowers and preparing and after delivery time 5 pm so all my team is left home we couldn't do what we planned. And this is 4 time situation. The 1 time - delivery late and next day all the flowers was dead. 2 time - delivery later plus they did wrong design what I asked not tropical but they did tropical. 3 time - valentine day they delivered late 4 pm. 4 time today I have to cancel the order I'm super upset. Of course I don't want to order again and recommend this place! This place sucks?) now I say yes!!!!!!!!!!

Unimpressed so far. I know it's a busy day, but that's no reason to ignore people standing there when only one other was in the store with plenty of people in the showroom. Felt like they were cherry-picking customers. I'm waiting for my order, and I will see how it turns out.Followup: I am not looking for a credit. Please do not credit me. I review based on service and quality of the product sold. I know it's a busy day, and I was ok with that, but felt disrespectful that I was not told it could be an hour to wait, just wanting 2 dozen roses un-arranged. I will update post once I pick up the product.2nd Follow-up: I'm raising my review after receiving the flowers for three reasons. 1. Even though it was much busier at pickup, customers were being taken care of. 2. The overall quality is good, after a couple of days most of the roses still look fresh. 3. I'm not sure if the owner was onsite at the time I was there, but they care enough about their business to response to my initial experience, and as a supporter of local businesses, I appreciate that.
