Good service! Didn't get my online banking email but had that sorted out at the office. So slight room for improvement there but otherwise not too much hassle to get things done.

Poor communication, unclear language in loan docs leading to unnecessary penalties, and annoying business practices where I have to chase them for info and explanations.
