The level of skill, knowledge and compassion from the Doctor to the Physicians Assistant on to the nurses and office staff is some of the best I have ever experienced.

Family Health CenterDr. Paul P. Hsieh is my favorite doctor. He is always ready to help. The staff at his Family Health Center are also available to help. The office works professionally, answers calls in a timely manner and sends documents. We always think we've come to our best friends. I am especially grateful to Dr. Paul P. Hsieh for his professionalism and his front office employee Lydia for her courtesy and respect. Excellent office and service.I recommend to all my friends this wonderful Dr. Paul P. Hsieh and his collaborators.Healthy and happy patient Anatoliy Straharchuk.

This doctors office is the only office I trust. The staff, the front and back, are very caring, answers phones in a timely manner, and friendly. They go above and beyond for patient care. Both girls in the front, Lidia and Bing are very attentive and always have a friendly smile. They answer any questions I have regarding my insurance. Then there is Dr. Hsieh's assistants Ashley and Liz, who are very professional and friendly. They dont rush me when they have to take my vitals, they listen to my concerns and takes very good notes for the doctor or nurse practitioner to see. They are very courteous especially over the phone. Both the Doctor and the Nurse Practitioner Julie are outstanding. They are thorough, timely, and professional. They truly care about their patients and their concern shows through the time they spend with you talking about not just your medical problems but really just getting to know you on a personal level. They also have a lot of students that rotate through which shows their dedication helping our future medical professionals succeed and get the experience they need!!! There is also a student nurse practitioner named Ann was very pleasant and so caring! She is going to make an amazing future Nurse Practitioner!!

Really hate leaving a bad review because the NP are great, thorough, and very nice to interact with. However, this review is regarding the receptionist(s) and appointment scheduling - I am unsure where else or who to report this to.I've had to reschedule a vaccine appointment 4 times at this point. I arrive at my appointment and they end up telling me they cannot administer the vaccine because there's no medical doctor on staff at the moment. One of the times, they gave me a call before I physically arrived at the clinic but the other times, unsure why they couldn't call me first? Or why schedule me on a day when you know you cannot administer the vaccine? After being asked to reschedule, they aggressively push me to make a new appt at 8:30am M-F. I explain (2-3x now) that I attend classes in the mornings and am free after 11am. They ask back if there's any other weekday I can come in at 8:30am...Overall, the reception staff seem rude, curt, and don't seem to consider the patient's point of view. Really dislike interacting with them because I don't feel heard or cared for.

Such a pathetic service. Front desk staff is so rude. No one bothers how much patient is suffering. They don’t bother to even tell about lab results. Never going back there

I always receive good care. I really like Julie Lopes, NP. She is always kind and helpful. Dr. Hsieh is also the best. Listens to all your concerns and answers any questions you have. Overall great Dr, and NP.

Dr. Hseih has been my physician for 20 plus years. Kind, caring and current in his practice. As a long time patient and a RN I would recommend Dr Hseih. Seems the negative comments are “housekeeping issues” insurance, appointments and return FU calls which have nothing to do with Dr. Hseih as a physician. Maybe a office manager if he does not have one?

I'm sorry to give a bad review. I think Dr. Hsieh and NP are wonderful. But the office staff are rude and unprofessional. I've had multiple times where I've had to reschedule because I showed up literally five min late, with empty waiting room. I have a toddler and I can't just reschedule appts. Also they are terrible at getting back to you and I had issues with asthma prescriptions that I couldn't fill. The staff that answer phones basically do nothing. I had to visit a clinic for meds and then ER when I had asthma flare up, because takes so long to get in or get any service. Eventually had to find a new Dr.

I had to do simple injection, whish was very critical to my health, but the staff simply refused it because I didn't have appointment, very unprofessional and sad that they refused patient
