Of all the Marriott properties I’ve stayed this year, this Fairfield has the cleanest room I’ve been in.Great staff at check in, clean room, and cold air condition.

This is a well maintained hotel.The room was well-organized and had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.It is close to John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Newport Beach, and is reasonably priced.It's small, but there's a convenience store and the breakfast is good.A variety of breakfasts are available, including coffee, eggs and bagels.

READ THE FINE PRINTI made a mistake on the date of my booking. I tried to cancel with 2 weeks before my stay. At the mgmt's discretion, they said NO, it is our policy, no refund.Caution, if something happens and you need assistance, Marriott is not the place. There are several hotel chains to choose from, try staying at one that is willing to help.

Excellent location to move between Irvine, Orange and Anaheim.Many shopping centers nearby, banks and various establishments. Breakfast included and they have a snack shop for the afternoons and evenings. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent, they have staff who speak English and/or Spanish.

We stayed for a few nights after Christmas. Room was clean, but didn’t have a luggage rack, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Staff were very helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. Breakfast options were good, the waffles were very good. Location was convenient too - close to Disneyland and had various restaurants close by.

I am absolutely disgusted with this chain and their reservation service. My wife and I secured a room there for a friend whose family was going through a medical issue away from home. The room was secured and prepaid with my credit card as a give for a friend in some tough times. The establishment charged her card instead of my card as agreed upon when making the reservation. They refused to reimburse the charges to the wrong card and charge our card. This was a prepaid room, not a secured room. Thanks to offshore cut rate reservation services whose first language is not English, this got completely changed and has caused undue stress on a family already dealing with a very stressful medical emergency.

Rooms were smaller than u expected and not very clean. There were stains on the curtains and furniture. The buffet was very limited.

Excellent Stay! We drove from SF and checked in at 1 a.m. The staff was extremely friendly no matter what time it was and we had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are super clean, breakfast does not have so many options but, whatever items they serve for breakfast are pretty decent and taste good. It is in a perfect location, right next to Highway 55 and 5, there is Starbucks right in the corner and a large electronic store across the street to spend leisure time shopping. Overall, we loved staying here and we will definitely prefer this hotel if we have to come again to Tustin in the future.
