As a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing or the steps needed to purchase. Jason Santangelo was the nicest, most patient and informative person I’ve ever dealt with. It was such a blessing to be able to have the guidance and knowledge I was provided through out my whole experience. My realtor Chris Daddario was just as awesome and provided excellent service and really went to bat to get me the best outcome for what I needed. Thank you guys so much!

Jason is the best. He has helped us with two mortgages already, and he will be our first (and likely only) call whenever we need to refi or apply for a new mortgage. He is extremely professional and thorough, and easy to work with. Our brokers loved him too!

We've refinanced our loan probably 4 times since we initially bought our home and the last 2 have been with Express Capital. Before being referred to Jason at Express, we dealt with big name lenders who promised us (even in writing) rock-bottom rates and costs. In the end though, we never got the low rate, no-cost loan they promised because our "situation" didn't qualify. With Express, Jason asked all the pertinent questions upfront - it was clear he knew his stuff and he made it a point to educate us too. Transparent, honest, and delivered exactly on what he quoted. Can't ask for more. Don't be fooled by those low rate, no-cost advertisements - just go to Express.

Chris is the best to use when looking for a Mortgage. He is patient, knowledgeable and can find a mortgage for you with great down payment options. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Dealing with Tom and his team was a pleasure. Business hours didn’t exist to him and his team. Monday thru Sunday, anytime of the day they were always available and quick to respond to any questions that I had regarding my loan process. I highly recommend them for new loans and refinancing.
