I had the best rental car experience at this location with the most affordable price point a rental can offer. 4 dollars per day since State Farm covered 80% of the rental cost.Manny was extremely smooth with helping me see the car options (they have suvs and sedans that are spotless).They also have a driver standby so if you come by yourself the driver takes you to the collision repair center which is cherry on top,The coworkers are also the kindest people. All three gentlemen were very cooperative, sharp and gets paperwork done in a blink of an eye. They saved my life because their processes are so smooth!! Who would have thought the best rental service in the world is in my hometown!

Ali at Enterprise Rent-a-car at 5 Auto Center Drive in Tustin absolutely turned my 48 hours around! This was not an easy feat, mind you after being hit by a big old hummer and knowing my dad's convertible car, recently inherited, may soon be a total loss. Ali was warm, friendly and a great listener to my tales of woe. He picked me up from home, brought me to the store, and then actively ran around to assist me. After feeling the lowest I have in a while, Ali, really made a difference and I went home in the freshly washed rental feeling lucky and smiling. Not at all what I had expected!!!!Thank you, Ali!!!! This is by far the worst enterprise location, multiple times. I came here to rent a car and each time I find myself disappointed they trying to upsell you. They make you. Wait, horrible service.

Got into a pretty bad car accident, but between my insurance (AAA) and Enterprise, they made the transition between cars very easy and smooth. They picked me up from the body shop, got me into the rental right away. Then, when I returned it, no hassle and got me on my way fast. I highly recommend the folks at Enterprise in Tustin and will use them again.

I got two sedan cars so far, one had a few bottles in the car, sign that no one cleans the cars. The second one has problems with the sensors, the camera doesn't work properly and the car shows the front sensor doesn't work. For the money we pay, i would expect cars in perfect shape. I will switch to another company really.

Great prices and they made the process very easy to rent and return a van. I had noticed that the gas gauge was at 1/4 tank and they had put 3/4 tank, so I called the rep and he immediately made the change.

Aston Martin does not equal Alfa Romeo. Shame on the branch manager (I believe it is Shamir), who lied to my girlfriend charging her a $15/day premium and then laughing about it when she called him out. She went back to this location requesting to be switched to a different vehicle without the premium and they told her they will waive the charge... ok cool. We ended up going to the airport location to swap out the car and that team was stellar. When returning the car we see that a $10/day premium was still tacked onto the reservation. So not only did they lie about the type of vehicle, they lied about removing the up charge fees! Avoid this location at all costs until management is weeded out.
