From the moment I walked in, Dave, the technician, demonstrated exceptional courtesy by personally welcoming me despite being busy. He promptly assessed the issue with my broken chassis board and provided upfront and honest pricing for the repair.What truly stood out was Dave's dedication – he immediately started working on my board, and in no time, he skillfully fixed the issue, rescuing my TV from what seemed like a hopeless situation. Not only was I impressed with his technical prowess, but the entire experience was made enjoyable by his engaging conversation. I have had repairs done at many shops on various things like TVs, VCRS and cameras etc. in Orange County. This is by far the best experience I have had. Great Service and honest workmanship. The prices were reasonable and I would recommend this shop to anyone in OC who needs repair service for a LCD or other related products

Best place to get solder repair in all of Orange County. The guys there are very nice and welcoming. He was able to re solder my battery connections within just a few minutes. Very thankful they were able to help. Other places wanted more money and nothing was same day. Highly recommend to check out this place for any electronic device repairs!

This may be the last place to get an honest opinion and reasonable repair fee for your electronic items.My old 52” Samsung TV did not turn on right away, instead it kept clicking for a while before turning on.Their expert technician Dave did a diagnosis and gave me an estimated repair cost within the same day. My TV was fixed within few hours after my approval for the repair. And the final amount I had paid was quite close to the initial estimate they quoted.Dave is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. And his father Mr. Ken Walker is cordial and is pleasant to talk to.It has been an appreciative experience. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone I know!

I love this Shop.I have know Dave and his Dad Ken for over 40 years.Dave is the best at what he does.Dependable is exactly what you get from this shop.This is a family owned shop that treats every customer as if they are also family.If you need a small appliances repair, this is the place to go.Dave, I miss our long talks.I will stop by any time I come to Tustin.

Took in my Pentair pool controller to repair, which had been exposed to water due to a improperly installed gasket, which shorted out the unit. The factory was of no help and I didn't want to pay a lot of money for a unit that was just over a year old. Took to Dave at Dependable Electronics, he was able to properly diagnose and repair the unit for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I have a 55 inch ROKU TCL TV that initially I thought had a screen that glitches, but after calling a few places here on Yelp I was told the screen was jumping image. One place I believe was Kao's TV Repair had told me that my TV was unrepairable that the panel was done. They offered to sell me a new TV and offered to take mine to recycle. I decided I would call a few other places here on yelp. That's when I came across Dave from Dependable Electronics and boy do they live up to their name. Dave confirmed that my panel was broke and that indeed it would be a challenge and time from them to even TRY a repair... that's all I needed to hear that he would at least try to repair my TV. He even went on and explained that TCL doesn't sell replacement panels etc... Well Dave repaired my TV. All within a very reasonable affordable price. A week later now and my TV is still good probably even better than before. Definitely saved me a few hundred dollars from buying a new one! 100% recommend this place! Thanks again Dave and Dependable Electronic Service.

Dave repaired a TTL flash trigger for me by doing the micro welding. I looked many repairs shops in Irvine but could not find one that can provide this repair service. Fortunately via google I found Dave's shop and he definitely provides a great service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Dave to anyone who needs a dependable electrical repair service in OC.

Glad I found Dave! I had a problem with my 75 In tv. Was displaying the logo only and i couldn't do anything else. Called vizio and they couldn't help since it was out of warranty. Dave was very nice, responded fast, and got the job done even quicker. Very happy with his service. Definitely recommend, thanks Dave!!

This place was awesome! Great customer service! Great communication and honesty. I took in my 55' Samsung, Dave was all over it! He was able to fix it and in a reasonable timeframe. When I picked it up, he was also very educational and took his time to explain to me the problem and how to keep it from happening so soon again. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend
