Checked in for a medication. It was filled in 10min but I waited 45 because they just didn’t call my name. Asked the guy about it and he said oh I just haven’t been doing that today. I was the only one there just standing at the counter for 45minutes. Not once did the 6 people there check in on me. Every retail interaction is filled with such potato’s it’s so dam frustrating.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the pharmacy here was awful.I left Hoag urgent care at 2pm and they sent over the prescription electronically to this CVS which is in the same shopping center and was told it would be about 30min so I walked in at 2:30 and they said to wait 15 minutes but someone in the back yelled out “No waiters” so then I was told to come back in about an hour. Places get busy so I was fine with that, I asked if I’d get a call or a text and they said yes so I waited in my car since going home and back would take me about 40 minutes so it wasn’t worth it. At 4pm after waiting an hour and a half I finally decided to walk in again and see how much longer it would be and my prescription was sitting there ready, I told them I never got a call and they just brushed it off. The worst part of all of this was the time stamp on my prescription was 2:34pm, 4 MINUTES after I was told it would be an hour and I waited even longer because I didn’t want to be rude and feel like I was rushing them. Now I see this is how Karen’s are born.I don’t think I’ve ever been this upset as I sit here thinking I could have been at home resting the entire time since I’m extremely sick.

The manager is incompetent and unhelpful spent an hour shopping...turns out they're system is out and manager says "I can't just give u a discount"...not asking for a discount asking for the situation to be rectified. Wasted gas and time..

I have been suffering from my chronic pain since I was a victim of DUI car accident. I have visited so many pharmacies for my problems due to 10 surgeries. I am very confident saying that this CVS is the best of all! Especially Scott and Rodiha, pharmacists, they really kind, understands patients’ difficulties and suffer, and he really cares about us and knows what he is doing! He is one of the best pharmacists I have ever met. Other pharmacists seems they don’t care about their patients but their salaries and sales. But not Scott and Rodiha!Thank you so much, you have my gratitude!!

I have used this pharmacy quite a bit because of the drive thru service. It is great to be able to never leave your car. Yesterday I was helped by Karen who was the most friendly person I have ever interacted with there. She had such a pleasant demeanor and her kind nature improved the task of having to pick up a prescription. She is the kind of person who makes any job better just by being their kind self. Hopefully CVS will recognize her abilities and reward her for her professionalism and generous spirit.

Today I had a asthma attack and was out of my inhaler I got to the drive through just as they were going to lunch but the time I got to the window I barely could breathe and upset the lady really wanted to go on lunch but I begged her to please give me my inhaler I really was needing it and almost called 911 she was so nice and she gave me my inhaler and I was able to take it in the parking lot I was scared I truly love the pharmacy there anyway but she went above and beyond and I was able to get my inhaler and drive to the urgent care to get checked thank you so much I wish I knew her name

Shelves very bare and dissolved! Stuff thrown around ! Dirty! No one to help you ! Pharmacy is ok on customer service! Could be a lot better I only go cause insurance says I have to and it's down the street ! Walmarts pharmacy was better customer service!

My go to CVS. It's the newest one I know of, opened just 5 years ago at the newly built The Village at Tustin Legacy. It's never been crazy busy in here any of the times I've been, so never a long line, plus they have two self checkout stations, one for cards only. The drive-thru pharmacy window is around the back. I came here a couple years ago when I set up my required COVID test before my vacation. It was easy to set up an appointment online, and I got the results back later that day. Today I came to use my CVS rewards $3 off my purchase voucher. I get these a couple times a month, which is great cuz it's free money with no minimum purchase required. The last one I got 2 weeks ago was a $5 voucher. Looking forward to my next free money code to scan in app:D

Dave the pharmacy technician either lied on the phone to me or broke HIPPA violation and spoke to someone who does not have authorization about my medications. I spoke with Dave Saturday around 3 pm and he made the claim that he spoke to either me or my wife yesterday at noon 12:00 pm about my medication being on back order. That's either a lie or he spoke to a completely different client about my medication because I met with my doctor yesterday at 3pm. So he can't have possibly spoken to me BEFORE my medication was prescribed.

Pharmacist encountered there loudly announced "child crying = no vaccine administered" policy, and is openly hostile. If you have a child, or you struggle with emotional regulation, or you appreciate good customer service skills, I suggest you go elsewhere. Not worth dealing with someone whose customer service skills and basic communication skills are sorely lacking. He should stick to working in the back rather than being at the desk.

I use to like this CVS since it was newly built but yesterday I had to pick up medicine that was prescribed to me. When I went to the pick up section the pharmacist said it would take 30 minutes before my order was ready and I expected to wait which was no issue. However, once the 30 minutes passed and I came back, the pharmacist tells me that the medicine that was prescribed is actually over the counter medicine. I stood there confused because they originally told me it was being completed to now it is over the counter. I then asked if they can recommend me the medicine but they all looked annoyed and just said to go to the cold/flu aisle. Super unhelpful and annoying. I don't recommend coming here.
