I hate this store is horrible they sold me scratched off gift cards which I couldn’t redeem. I talked to customer service if I could get a refund, but ended up not getting my money back. Shame on you CVS for selling these gift cards, and shame on you workers that work at the front desk for not being helpful.

Very convenient and easy to navigate the store. The store is always neat and organized. Staff are always friendly. The only negative about the experience is you can't access the restroom because it is locked. You have to go to the front counter to ask the staff to open it. Restroom is located all the way to the back.

I was in the area and decided to use my coupon I had so went in to purchase an item. Store was cleaner than other CVS locations I've gone to also the manager he made a suggestion to get my coupons worth. Ty for making my store experience wonderful, quick and easy.

The pharmacy on Kensington drive is the best place to go to love everybody in there they're so helpful they say hello every time you walk in everybody acknowledges you that works there it's a great place fast and efficient

I was going to give a one star rating because of Ashley's passive aggressive RUDE behavior in the pharmacy but I decided to do 3 stars because of Scott the pharmacist. He was very kind and explained things efficiently. Ashley was trying to explain something about transferring my medicine but she was doing a horrible job at explaining it and when I was asking her a question she raised her tone and was talking in a "are are dumb" tone. No Ashley.. learn how to explain things properly and don't be disgustingly rude liar because you weren't making the info clear. This girl clearly has issues and should be kept from interacting with customers. Have a drink get some friends and chill out girl it's NOT that serious.

Checked in for a medication. It was filled in 10min but I waited 45 because they just didn’t call my name. Asked the guy about it and he said oh I just haven’t been doing that today. I was the only one there just standing at the counter for 45minutes. Not once did the 6 people there check in on me. Every retail interaction is filled with such potato’s it’s so dam frustrating.

During a drive thru pick up, Dave was very rude and unprofessional when he asked me the patient's last name. I wanted to help him by saying the last name followed by spelling it out. He quickly snapped at me interruptedly and rudely "I know how to spell". Sure enough, he couldn't find in the system as he didn't know how to spell it out. He immediately walked away then had someone to help me out. This is the second time I encountered him. The first time, he lied about the prescription status saying that everything is ready for pick up next week then I asked him "what are the drugs?". He couldn't tell me. IMO, he's a liar, lazy and unprofessional. Maybe he thinks he's too good for this job. Everyone please be aware of this person. I also came across with another review that Dave lied to them....this was so wrong in providing wrong information on medication status when patients are in need. He should be FIRED and can't practice as a technician in any pharmacy! I'll escalate further if receive disrespectful treatment.

I've going to this CVS Pharmacy for a while now. I think they're doing a Good job considering the amount of drive-thur and walk-ins they have to deal with on a daily basis. I especially want to thank the pharmacists. Scott is Super helpful and the other female pharmacist knows me by my name! How cool is that?? In fact, I'm going to pick up my Rx there tomorrow

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the pharmacy here was awful.I left Hoag urgent care at 2pm and they sent over the prescription electronically to this CVS which is in the same shopping center and was told it would be about 30min so I walked in at 2:30 and they said to wait 15 minutes but someone in the back yelled out “No waiters” so then I was told to come back in about an hour. Places get busy so I was fine with that, I asked if I’d get a call or a text and they said yes so I waited in my car since going home and back would take me about 40 minutes so it wasn’t worth it. At 4pm after waiting an hour and a half I finally decided to walk in again and see how much longer it would be and my prescription was sitting there ready, I told them I never got a call and they just brushed it off. The worst part of all of this was the time stamp on my prescription was 2:34pm, 4 MINUTES after I was told it would be an hour and I waited even longer because I didn’t want to be rude and feel like I was rushing them. Now I see this is how Karen’s are born.I don’t think I’ve ever been this upset as I sit here thinking I could have been at home resting the entire time since I’m extremely sick.
