If you need vaccines or medications - I think this is the best CVS experience I've had. It's inside Target at The District and I had such an easy time getting some vaccines including a flu shot and a Covid bivalent booster with their pharmacist, Summer C. Please see if you can ask for her and ask her all the questions and she will try your best to answer them. From an Nurse Practitioner- she is just so helpful and educates the patients to the best of her ability. And the shots didn't hurt! Thanks to CVS and Summer for protecting our community and keeping us healthy in this crazy time!

Best CVS pharmacy I've ever been to!! Never once have I been in and out of a pharmacy drop off and pickup in my entire life. The staff is so friendly and attentive and during your short wait you get to shop at Target!! Does it get any better than that?! I think not!

I wasted my time (visited several time for picking up one med) due to CVS staff lack of communication skills and bad customer service. They failed to provide a clear information as what I actually need to pick up my med but all they said I am sorry I don't know. They do not know how to serve and communicate to provide the needs for their customers. Horrible experience.

I'm new to the area so I had to switch my rx pickup to this location. Order was made a week ago. It's still not ready, and I'm all out. I went in and asked when it would be ready, and the guy at the counter said tomorrow (BRW he had an attitude). I called the next day, still not available. And the lady said she doesn't know what happened (She was nice though). She then she said she would make the order and it should be ready next day and that they'll call when ready. Fist of all, why was the order just made when the rx was called in a week earlier? Then I received no call yet. So I'm not sure if it's ready. So I call them, and the automated answer says "sorry can't connect your call, try again later" I'm just really frustrated at this point. Is the only way to know when my rx is ready to go into the store? And just to find out it's not ready? Then, since it's a Target, they didn't let me ring up my other health over the counter items. I had to go to main registers. But then the main register did not accept my FSA card for the items. btw, i told the guy (the one with an attitude) at the pharmacy counter that I wanted to use my FSA for the health items and he didn't care. He told me he can't ring it up so I need to go to main register. So if it's their policy that all items get rung up in main register, and main register doesn't take FSA items, then it's useless to use your FSA at this location. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a regular CVS. Update: they called me and and said the order is ready. However their system is down. So they had to place order with a different location. So here we are now going to another location to finally get my RX that I have been needing. Truly such a hassle. For the experience, run-around, delay, and issues, definitely 1 Star. But since the lady who helped fix all the issues is nice and seemed genuine in trying to help, it's 2 stars.

Connie and Nick, the pharmacists here, are great! They are always friendly and make sure every order is filled promptly. I appreciate that they both take time to answer any questions I have. Connie was also able to get my girlfriend to get her flu shot! Which is impressive as she hates needles. I highly recommend this CVS location, and it is super easy to get some shopping done as well since it is located in Target.

I would send friends and family to this location. There are two other CVS Pharmacies closer to my home, this location offers superior service. The Pharmacist (Nick) is professional and always availble if I have questions or concerns. The staff greets all clients immediately, even if there is a line. I've never had to wait more than a few moments. I'm happy with this location especially after going to the competition and other CVS locations.

Once again today I visited CVS at Target today, as my thyroid meds were on back order and I was running low. So, as usual I spoke to Nate and he went the extra mile to find another CVS that had some and within hours I received a text that my prescription was ready for pick up at a nearby CVS. We moved from Tustin to Irvine, however I would never leave this CVS, as the service they provide is second to none. Nate, Connie, Sadie and staff are always kind, considerate and beyond helpful. They are so patient with my medical inquiries as well. Much appreciation and Kudos to this CVS Team!
