I was looking for a specific lithium battery and they did not have it. Had quite a few, but not the one I needed. Store was clean and parking was ample.

They need to do some work to in the pharmacy. Customers are waiting in the line but no response from the staff. One of the staff returned me saying they don't have any prescription under my name but when i called they are saying yes they have ready to pick up. Need to improve and enhance staff's performance

I don't know if it was the lack of employees but there was no cashier. My father is disabled and non english speaking, if I wasn't there with him he wouldn't have been able to make the purchase. Even for me the process was a bit confusing. The worker who was supposed to help us seemed upset with us. When my father went to go talk to the manager he talked behind my fathers back to the other customer that beside me. Overall very bad experience. Please have cashiers available for people who simply can't do self checkout.

CVS pharmacy does not care about the experience of ALL their patients. They do the bare minimum for patients who are prescribed controlled medications. If your script enters their system ONE DAY too soon it goes into the "forgotten pile of prescriptions" and no one, NO ONE at CVS will ever check on it again until the patient does the work--EVERY MONTH--to basically be a secretary and remind the pharmacy, "Hi, you already have my script and I'd like to get it filled now." EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH! Every single month I have to call and wait on hold, give them my info, and ask them to please fill the script they already have. This also causes me to have to leave the pick-up line and go back the the drop-off line just to ask them to check and fill the prescription they've already got their hands on. Additionally, if the medication is out of stock, they won't even place an order for it (for their own inventory) until your script is ready to be filled. Instead of ordering their out-of-stock medicine so that it arrives in their inventory by the time you'll be able to pick it up, they wait until you call them to fill it; then they check stock; then they PLACE an order for the medicine to be shipped to the store.Because of this ridiculous and convoluted process, my doctor appointments and my prescription fill dates have drifted nearly a month apart. Over the YEARS, I have complained about this issue many times. All CVS does is shrug their shoulders. They do not care. They are not solutions oriented. It would NOT BE DIFFICULT for whoever manages their internal software to create a separate "bin" or "inbox" (virtually in the computer system) that contains a list of scripts that are controlled substances and the fill date for the next script. One employee could scan the list every morning and fill the scripts that are ready to be filled; rather than having the patient do a job/task that the pharmacy should be doing. Could you imagine if every patient had to personally call in their own prescription, every single time, no matter if it's a refill or not. Consider how this would be a really poor business and customer experience decision... however, if you are prescribed a controlled medication, you don't have to imagine it because that's the sort of care CVS affords to their patients.I am switching to Walgreens pharmacy.

I'm giving three stars because some people who helped me were useless, but then I asked someone else and they were incredibly helpful. So, three stars is a happy medium. I needed an emergency inhaler to get me through the weekend, as I live far away and I'm visiting family. I didn't have a prescription, but I saw online that CVS can give you over the counter inhalers for emergencies, and they're temporary relief inhalers (no prescription needed). I waited in line at the pharmacy and explained to the girl helping me what I needed, and she said that they could absolutely do that for me, but to come back in an hour or so, as part of the pharmacy was closed for lunch. She even verified with someone else that they could get me an inhaler. When I came back, the new girl that I spoke to said that they couldn't give me any type of inhaler without a prescription, and another girl seconded that. So I had two girls say yes, then two new girls say no. With that, all of these girls were in the pharmacy department within feet of one another, so I guess none of them communicate to one another, and half of them apparently don't know what's going on back there. I decided to not give up, and asked the store cashier outside of the pharmacy. I showed him a picture of what I saw online, and within minutes he went and got it for me. This cashier's name was Mario. Mario saved me, and now I can breathe! The pharmacy should really learn what is stocked, and what alternatives they can suggest to customers. The girls in the back really seemed to not care that I was struggling. Bummer, given that they're supposed to be trained healthcare professionals, and a cashier surpassed them greatly.

I have had no issues with the Pharmacy. The staff are always cordial and professional. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and courteous. Also, they will call to advise of any issues with prescription. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. This is my" go to" store for vaccinations. I use the CVS app to make an appointment. Very little wait time. I'm usually done in 5-10 minutes. My one star deduction is for the general store. Many of the popular medical supplies and/or OTC meds are often sold out. In fairness, most businesses are still struggling with inventory.

This is for the Pharmacy: very poor customer service....always make excuses for their screw ups. Constantly have to stop them from refilling past prescriptions without asking. Call your Dr for 90 day supply without asking you first, The Pharmacy Dialer is incredibly annoying, you can't stop getting spam calls without opting out completely. And they are owned by Aetna so they make everything more difficult on purpose, finding ways to not use insurance without jumping through hoops. Gotten so much worse in the past couple years

CVS Pharmacist here is head strong, more worried about liability instead of what is best for a patients needs ; health. She makes decision based on standards and not science or patient information. Poor knowledge of scientific facts. This was based on a Covid - 19 vaccine. I am a health care professional and know a medical explanation when I hear one.

The people that work here are great. The prices are a bit ridiculous. I didn't realize it until I started going to the Rite Aid across the street. I was going here to buy soda for my office and I was shocked at the cost.

The store is nice and has enough of what you need, but one of the people who works there seems to have a habit of talking down to people. The way she was talking to me and other customers waiting in line was equal to pulling teeth almost as if she didn't want to be there. The reason I became aware of her attitude was because on 3/28 I went to the store to purchase an item and went through the self check out line. I needed a receipt but the machine didn't print it so one of the managers had to go to the back and print it, but I was there during my lunch break so I couldn't take too long. I asked where she went and the Cashier (she was Hispanic) had the strongest chola attitude you can imagine in providing me with an answer. Luckily for me since I stick up for myself so when the manager arrived later I let her know about her attitude but unfortunately I saw how she was talking to some of the elderly customers who weren't standing up for themselves.
