This specific Costco store stands out for having employees who are notably lacking in courtesy compared to the 30+ stores I've visited across the US. They not only lack helpfulness but also display rudeness. I'm apprehensive about returning to this store, despite attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt--considering it might have been a bad day or frustration with another customer. 9/8/2023 8:23pm. Hope the store manager can see this. Whoever that blonde lady in the self checking area is. She's been yelling at people and being racist ignoring me and other Asians who needed help, and prioritizing helping other whites. Never had the issue at Costco walking out of a Costco after being yelled at three times!

food court is the best. my favorite is the hotdogs, my boyfriend usually gets the pizza and we just come here for lunch and a Costco date. The only downside is, when you come in for food- you cant sit down you have to walk all the way back outside and eat and then come back in for shopping. I guess you could do the other way around but i feel like it would be more convenient to have an eating area like other Costco's do. other than that i LOVE Costco its my favorite place to be.

I recently purchased this fragrance from costco.com for my husband's birthday. The cost was less than what I observed at other retailers. I'll continue to be a Costco customer for this reason. I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff here. My difficulties were consistently remedied by the friendly employees. At this area, which is cool, they also sell some alcoholic beverages (such as Moscato, wine coolers, and beer).

Very busy.Quick service.They have ATM machine inside.They do not have salads.Men's restroom has a door maybe because the women are too liberal they have to protect the men in California ha ha ha haOr maybe some men walked out in front of the opening with their body exposed wahahaha.

Does one of them the manager in the store the lady so rude and no respect to me and my dog on the store I didn't get in inside the store she is starting complaining and my dog is an animal dog and I'm the doctor for any animals, she was not respect no no talent to speaking to the customer and she's so rude and so mean that's not good for the store I mean is the shittiest store anyways they don't have anything just the gas and they work they think they are the boss so bossy is not good experience I do have my name is Dr. Seandr animal doctor

I bought two $1100 (each) all in one desktop computer that was supposedly new but discounted to $550 to make room for a newer model. Opened the second one to find out it was previously opened and set up by another customer and the computer needed a code to access the file. Brought it back but I know they don't have an exchange policy. Given the deal and the fact that there's no more inventory, I asked them to wipe the computer for me so I can use it. The situation escalated through 5 different expel. The end result was that I should just return it and get my money back because they were not willing to help. Keep in mind they were the ones that put a used computer back on the shelf.The next day I went to the Costco on technology and it was a WAY different experience!! First they checked inventory at other stores and Laguna was the only store that still had two of them. They called the manager to see if they would honor the price I paid where I bought and the answer was No. so apparently each manager sets their pricing on discontinued items (probably to help control their bonus). While waiting the manager at this Costco let my 8yr old son play his switch and even gave him an extra game that he had. He also sent us home with a full pizza! They offered to sell the floor model tome but not the same price I paid, although it was a lot better than what this Costco offered. They then offered to apply a little more discount to a new one. Next they offered to have their tech expert wipe the computer (gee that request sounds familiar). The manager at technology really went above and beyond! They next day they called and said it couldn't be wiped out. Fortunately I had already gone to Laguna and bought the same model for $1000 (yes only $100 discount from original price). I took the used one back to Laguna and used the $1000 receipt to get my money back. That is how you do an exchange when Costco won't help you. To the Laguna manager, tell your regional manager and recoup your loss from El Caminos mistake and lack of service to their customers.

BE CAREFUL!I ordered a Costco sheet cake as that is the ONLY thing my best friend wanted for her graduation gift. I accidentally dated the order for May 7th, 2023. When I went to pick up the cake, I was told, "Sorry we didn't make the cake. The order said May 7th so we assumed a kid was just messing around and so we didn't make it." WTH?? You didn't think to call my PHONE NUMBER?I left my FULL NAME. A detailed message for the WRITING. And nobody thought to call and confirm?I spoke to the manager. He was great. He told me he had a girl on the floor that was a cashier that could decorate a similar cake for me. I suggested calling another Costco for the specific Grad cake and the problem was resolved as they confirmed it. Frank was the one who called and suggested the solution. Which is the only reason they redeemed themselves.Thank you Frank!

This Costco is extremely popular and busy in this area no wonder they have another one on the opposite side of the exit. I got here 30min early and the parking lot was almost full not to mention a long line wrapped around the building waiting for opening time. I came here for the food court only and waited 10min before o could enter it's crazy busy. The staff at the doors were friendly and directed the traffic well with safety precautions. Overall a positive experience first one to purchase a hot dog at the food court is a plus.

The recent few months seems to have gotten busier. With the waiting times getting longer, the places is either getting short-staffed or not trained enough. Unfortunately, I've been waiting next to the window for about 20 minutes for a hot dog, was told my order was not ready yet, and then another told me my order was repeatedly called. I explained what I saw (never in rude way), then seen rolling her eyes. Must have been a bad day. Otherwise, I'm happy with the food.
