I like coming to costco however be cautious when going with plastic bags. I was stopped and questioned like TSA at airport for bringing my own bags for my shopping. This is the first time I was asked to step aside like this. At checkout the lady was showing bad attitude to me. I was not impressed. Please improve we spend 250 to 500 each time we come here. Usually we come here its good experience but this time was rather uncomfortable to say the least.

My wife and I normally receive great customer service at this Costco. Today, however, one of the managers (gentleman with a checkered Louis Vuitton belt) was extremely rude and unhelpful. An Asian lady who did not speak English got separated from her family, and when we asked one of the employees (Cody, who was very helpful) to help us to find a way to track her family, he asked the manager with the LV belt for help. The manager said "we don't have intercom, you're just going to have to walk around to find them and left." So we ended up helping the lady ourselves locate her family. That manager is a terrible representation of what that Costco is. Again normally we receive great customer service from the employees, it was very unfortunate that that gentleman was so rude and unprofessional.

Took my Mercedes to replace 4 tires, found out they made bad scratches on each of my wheels. Avoid COSTCO tire center if you care about your car.

I literally just left this Costco. Got a slice of Pizza and a Hotdog. Note: I forgot to ask for onions when I was at the window. When I was at the condiments station, an older gentleman approached me asking if I wanted the rest of his onions because he said and I quote "they always give you too much". I said "thank you" to not be rude. I doubled back to the window to ask for my own cop of onions. A gentleman in front of me also requested some onions and I realized why the other gentleman said "they always give you too much". I saw the onions spewing over the little container. When it was my turn, this is what I was given...... Why was I treated differently? If a Costco representative reaches out I will let them know why I think this happened.

Worst Costco in the county! The management builds endcap displays which barely allow cart to cart passes. The store is never well-stocked; a visit last month found the store out of eggs, napkins, and paper towels. Today was a new low; I told the cashier and assistant that I have bags. The assistant then puts everything into the cart, loose, and walks away without a word! Going to San Juan Capo/Capo Beach or Tustin Ranch from now on!

Food court needs to get their act together. Calling out numbers. Not calling out numbers. You get in line and hand over your receipt or you don't and wait. People not knowing People are waiting in line to hand over receipt to pick up order and they step up.to.window when number is called..pissing off the people waiting in line. Yikes man.

Costco.com is horrible. Their website sucks. I tried applying for a job and there is no reset password on thier website. I called and there was no option for careers. Asking for a representative was like pulling a tooth that shouldn't have been pulled. I was put on and hold and hung up on. Then they assumed I had a membership because that is the only department that would answer. Stay away from Costco.com

Rating for food court. Unlike every other Costco, they don't call your number after you order at the kiosk, they wait for you to bring your receipt to the counter for pick up. No instructions posted where the order is placed, nor on the counter either. So if you're used to ordering at a kiosk and picking up when your order is completed and they call your number, don't wait. Go straight to pick it up. Wasted time waiting until I saw people who ordered after me get their order first and their orders were more that mine. These food service workers are lazy, no wonder why they're stuck in the food service area. Costco would be smart to leave them there.

Johnny at their Costco Tire Center is the man! He initially took my phone call and helped me through their buying process since I couldn't order online (specific ones were out of stock). We went in later that day and took care of business in minutes. He also checked my other car while there and told me I didn't need replacements which was the OPPOSITE of what America's Tire in Costa Mesa told me in JULY. I buy lots of tires with three cars, and will never go anywhere else. Johnny, we'll see you when these arrive for installation and look forward to another awesome experience. Shout out to Paul for hiring a great team. Thanks, guys!

CRAZY BUSY ! My wife and I did our shopping mostly in Tustin on Friday at Whole Foods Market, Lowe's Home Improvement, Target and here. They are all virtually next door to each other. TOO EASY ! We zipped in here just before midday and it was a madhouse being so close to New Year's Eve. We didn't need much..30 pack of Charmin ultra soft toilet rolls, bulk bacon, bulk chocolate chips, bulk butter, allertec ( allergy pills ). Huge lines at self check-out so we opted for a cashier. TIL NEXT TIME !
