Costco Pharmacy is great! They charge me $38 for a prescription that other pharmacies want $500. That's insane. My prescription is always in stock. Staff is great and I can get an ice cream sundae on the way out.

This pharmacy is like a machine. It always has everything ready when they say if there's a problem, you know immediately they make every effort to complete all orders.

Staff is amazing. Pharmacist was friendly and very informative. They had the medication that is currently unavailable at other pharmacies.

1) Pharmacy tech must've been high bc after I got a tex that the Rx was ready she said just a minute while I finish prepping this for you and then forgot about us, went on to writing labels for idk what, while still standing right in front of us. She turned her head again after 20'minutes of zoning out, and I saw the lightbulb figuratively turn on as she realized she forgot. Patient just had surgery and was waiting in car. Not cool! 2) all the other techs were literally just standing around with their thumbs up their Joking and laughing with each other and intentionally avoiding eye contact of anyone in line waiting. Lazy AF! I was going to get a Costco membership but not anymore!

Costco is my go to. Quick and easy. The prices are usually less as well. I get my dogs prescriptions here and I love the convenience of being able to shop while waiting for the Rx. The longest I have waited was 40 minutes but usually it is faster. They now have a texting option to let you know when to pick up your meds.

Do not ask your pharmacist at this location!Do not take any advice from this pharmacist. He has no clue what he's talking about. Someone please let him know that yogurt and other dairy products have lactose in them. I don't know how someone makes it through medical school thinking that dairy products have no lactose. If he doesn't know something that basic, I wouldn't trust him to fill real meds. I guess Costco has cheap scripts and bottom of the barrel medical grads. Minus three stars for giving horrible medical advice about lactose and the needs of lactose intolerance.

Greatly appreciate the employee at the pharmacy who helped get my booster today. I totally made a mistake and went to the wrong location. He could have dismissed me and not have provided me the vaccine. But he was very helpful! THANK YOU THANK YOU for helping me get my booster even though it was my mistake. I greatly appreciate it.

They’re really slow here and usually backed up. They don’t remember the GoodRx coupons so every time I go to pick up my meds, I have to wait in the first line to have them tell me to step into a different line, then wait for someone who has to write down the code, and then I have to go wait back in the first line again for them to ring up my total. It’s not very quick, convenient, or easy and I prefer CVS personally. Plus they only hold your meds for 7 days, which is super inconvenient at times.

Costco Pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is so helpful. If an item is not available, they will do their very best to try and order it for you. Their prices are almost always way lower than anywhere else. And, of special note and importance, Costco Pharmacy fills prescriptions for pets and those prices are incredibly reasonable. We All know how expensive pet medications are when we get them from the vet. One can get various injections here as well - so no more waiting in a creepy dr's office, and no copay plus injection fee. Just the copay for the shot or just a small fee. Costco Pharmacy is a great go-to place for all of your medications.

-11/22/17 (Wednesday) Dropped off prescription and was told to come back to pick up 2 hours later. Did some Costco shopping, came back and told me order wasn't ready and to wait another 1.5. Came back again and they told me my order "isn't really that urgent" and to pick it up again Friday after Thanksgiving. -11/27/17 (Monday) Came back to pick up my prescription after an entire weekend, and they told me it still wasn't ready. I waited another 2 hours, and they still didn't have my order. Told me it'll be ready ASAP in approx. 30 minutes. 30 minutes later... still nothing, so I asked for my prescription back. That's when they ran to the back and prepared my order. Came back with a GENERIC version of prescription. *** Update: Called back for a refill. Asked for a non-generic brand. Pharmacist I spoke with on the phone was rude, and very unwilling to help and said that I was the one who asked for the generic brand in the first place (not true). Told me if I wanted the non-generic brand, it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. I checked with other pharmacies and it only costs at most $50, not a couple hundred dollars. I asked for my prescription back again, and she said she can't give it back since they already did the first order set. Went in to pick up my order and this time, they gave me another generic version from another brand. ***Update: Called Monday to get a refill, and went in today to pick up my order. Stood behind the line near the cash register to wait to be called. Two workers clearly saw me multiple times, and ignored me and helped a customer that just cut the line and walked up to them. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here after my prescription ends.

The pharmacist I spoke to in person was so helpful and friendly; however, a different pharmacist I spoke to over the phone was very rude. I'm no pharmacist, but you can't make such a bold statement as to say that I won't have any of the listed side effects because you took the medication as well. Everyone's bodies reacts differently. Also, the cashier was so rude. She didn't smile or have any interaction with me. If I were her boss, I'd fire her because clearly she doesn't want to be there.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. My first time using this pharmacy was in January to pick up insulin syringes and insulin for my pet. The pharmacist was very kind, but apparently they didn't have the syringes in stock, even though they are a standard, human syringe, and she told me they would have to be ordered. Then, she found a box of them that had been special ordered for a customer in December, but had never been picked up. I now understand why they weren't.... Fast forward to last Friday. I called into the pharmacy line, and went through the prompts to refill my prescription. It tells me I can pick up the prescription on Saturday after 2:30 pm. I show up on Saturday, and I'm told oh, they don't have them and they need to order them for me. They will be in on Monday. No one at the pharmacy called me to tell me this. I was not happy i drove over there to find my prescription was not ready at the promised time. Fast forward to this evening... I show up to pick up the prescription, but due to work obligations, I didn't get there until after closing. It was 7:20 pm. There were still two employees there, what I believe was a pharmacist and then a guy who was just in normal Costco work clothes. He was trying to avoid coming out and speaking to me. I asked if I could pick up my prescription and he said it was too late that their system was already turned off. So then I asked, well, could he at least confirm that the prescription was there, and he also told me he couldn't do that. He needed the computer. They have the filled prescriptions on a Wall next to the door he was standing by. If it's like any other pharmacy, they are in alphabetical order. He was just being lazy. Horrible service on both days at this location. Wound up going to target/cvs pharmacy down the road and had to call the veterinary office at 7:30 pm asking them to fax over a copy of the prescription, because I couldn't even transfer the prescription from Costco since they were closed. Fortunately, Target had the syringes in stock, and were super helpful. Ill be calling the manager of the Costco pharmacy tomorrow to discuss the service issues and letting her know I will not be picking up the syringes or ever filling prescriptions at their location. Go elsewhere for you pharmacy needs, it will save you multiple trips and headaches.
