Scott did a wonderful job on my wife's dead external hard drive.
He did the problem analysis for free and suggested what he could do to fix it through the phone with the estimated price.
He ended up doing data recovery on the dead external hard drive and he did it with very reasonal price.
He was not only very kind but sounded very accurate and professional.
He seemed like he is serious and truly enjoying on what he does for his job.
I definetely will find scott again whenever I have problems with my IT stuff and 100% recommend others to do so.

My laptop suddenly stopped working. I'm a bit computer savvy and felt comfortable opening my own laptop to troubleshoot but couldn't figure it out.
I sent an email over the weekend and was given a reply their next business day. Went in person to drop it off and had a kind experience with Scott. They offered a free diagnostic. Two or three days later, I got a call saying the issue will require a deeper diagnostics.
They applied a fee ($45) then credited the fee payment towards the final price and still saved myself +$300 on replacement parts! They managed to repair my laptop without ordering new parts and my computer is definitely running!
I am very impressed with their communication, accommodations, and fairness. I recommend and look forward to returning if I run into other computer issues.

I came across this repair shop because my laptop’s battery gave up after 1 year or so of needing a replacement. I was so worried that all my documents and information was going to be wiped but Scott went above and beyond to repair my laptop. He was able to save my documents and information and replace the battery along with other repairs. I am so glad I came across this shop. He was very transparent and I appreciate the fact that he called and told me all the things he needed to do before going forth with it. He gave estimates of how much all of the repairs would cost plus service fees and they were all reasonable prices. If I ever have any tech problems again, I definitely know where to go. Thank you Scott!

These guys fixed my busted up 10-year old system for a pretty reasonable price. Micro center couldn’t do it. These guys could. Would recommend.

The Computer Runner guys are experts! I took my new Mac desktop computer to have them transfer all the files from my old computer to the new one, and boy am I glad I did! They completed the job expertly and solved several issues that "popped" up in the process. Scott kept me updated on the progress of the transfer of the files and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was professional and knowledgeable. The owner, Sam, made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. We have been using Computer Runner for several years for all our computer/printer repairs and needs and definitely trust this shop.

I wish I was able to give Computer Runner more than 5 stars, My laptop screen was damaged and of course didn’t know about this great repair shop, so first I took it to Best Buy, the price at Best Buy was about twice as this place with 3 weeks of wait time, then took it to MicroCenter and it was even worse, someone suggested to take it to a local shop and I found this place online and I’m glad I did. The quote for repair was really good plus wait time was about a few days. As a supporter of small businesses, I will always use their services from now on. I have talked to Scott and another gentleman, they are super nice and friendly and very patient. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you so much guys at Computer Runner. :)

Great communication and clarity. Scott was helpful throughout getting my battery and SSD replaced on my razer laptop. Allowed me to pick up parts and bring them in instead of waiting on shipping because I was in a hurry to get it back. If you ever find yourself in line at the Micro center help bar, just drive 2 min over to these guys and they'll get you situated. Will return if anything else is needed.

Scott is a true gentleman. He has helped me so many times. He's very thorough and reliable. He was able to recover all my data on an external drive after I corrupted it by disconnecting it without ejecting it. Always goes the extra mile
