Visited your location yesterday and walked out disgusted. The store smelled so bad I couldn't even breathe. It reeks of feces odor and the carpet was filthy dirty. How can you keep a pharmacy under these conditions? If someone became ill on your premises, it is your duty and a health ordinance to clean and disinfect appropriately. Your prices are way above the norm, you're out of many items, and the store is a biohazard. Clean it!

Overall the service is OK. Pharmacy is OK. The 2 stars is for forcing auto-refill that happened recently. I was surprised to receive an email and notification either the doctor office rejected the refill request, and also my insurance notified me a set of auto-refill claim and its cancelation. Those medicines are meant for one time only. I called them, they said "Oh, you must have clicked yes for auto-refill when picking up the medicine." Really? I clearly recall there is no such question on the terminal. And in my doctor's orders didn't say there is a refill. And it happened 3 times already. I have to call them to cancel these auto-refill, yet, the automated refill reminder calls keep coming still, twice a day, everyday. Very annoying.

This CVS is operationally weak. No clear directions for those coming in to get vaccinated or get the booster shot. The help is no help. Seems like the pharmacy is short staffed and disorganized. Go somewhere else

If you need a prescription filled and picked up asap, go to a different pharmacy. This CVS pharmacy is very slow and likes to put people in long lines to wait for their needed medications. Dropoff and pickup both with people waiting for service. Do something about this CVS management! Even your phone system stinks, have to call multiple times to get a real person to check if my prescription is ready! And I get here to wait in a 30 min line. Unacceptable for a pharmacy dispensing medication people need. Go somewhere else. UPDATE: after waiting 30 mins in pickup line, I get to the window only to be told to take a seat and wait as my prescription was being "re-processed"...after I had called multiple times to confirm my prescription was ready for pickup (I was told it was ready). Then I waited an extra 30 mins waiting for my prescription to be "re-processed". I eventually got tired of waiting and went to the counter to ask if my prescription was ready, if it was not I would like my insurance card back, and the pickup girl said "I think it is ready now". She went to grab the prescription and printout only to come back to tell me the prescription was not covered by my insurance for my 3 year old daughter, and they checked 3 times to see if it was covered. Antibiotics not covered under Cigna HMO? That sounds wrong to me (I work in healthcare for govt administrator). It can't be that my 3 year old is not covered or on my insurance policy because my daughter just had a doctor's visit that same morning using our HMO insurance? Did CVS pharmacy even check the insurance coverage or did they just tell me that to get me to pay out of pocket and out of their hair at this cvs pharmacy? The dropoff counter was a mess long line and 4 or 5 calls on hold. They could not even verify my insurance and do the paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. Absolutely unacceptable service at this pharmacy. I can understand if you are understaffed on a weekend, but there is a difference between understaffed and incompetent. My experience today at this pharmacy makes me think the latter is the case here. End of the story is I left this CVS pharmacy without my prescription after waiting for an hour to pickup a prescription I was told over the phone was ready for pick up. I called the provider and got them to move the script to somewhere else. No issues getting my prescription from the new pharmacy, I waited in line for about 15 mins, they checked my insurance and the script was covered (no surprise), it cost me $15 when CVS pharmacy was fine with me paying out of pocket even though I have good insurance. The whole process to get my script moved somewhere else and get ready for pickup at the new pharmacy took half the time I spent waiting at this CVS pharmacy to pickup a script that was supposed to be ready! Really disheartened by my experience at this CVS pharmacy. Medications need to be treated with more priority and concern from your pharmacy staff! What a joke at this pharmacy!

Their prescriptions always seem to be on back order and are never on time. I've been going here for years now but feel I have to switch as I can never get necessary medications on time. I once waited over a week for one.

I just left Walgreens to take passport photos and it clearly states that they will be ready in minutes. I get there and the lady that "helped me" wasn't helpful at all, a little of attitude and when I asked her about how long the photos would be ready, she tells me that they will be ready the following day after 7pm. Horrible customer service and they should update their signs and not disclose something that is not accurate. I just got to CVS and they are very polite, they already took my photo, a dollar cheaper and as I'm typing this review they just told me that they are ready. Good management at CVS and props to the manager on duty Freddy!!

CVS Pharmacist here is head strong, more worried about liability instead of what is best for a patients needs ; health. She makes decision based on standards and not science or patient information. Poor knowledge of scientific facts. This was based on a Covid - 19 vaccine. I am a health care professional and know a medical explanation when I hear one.

This is my go to CVS. Always clean. Never out of stock. Vanessa is great. Her attentiveness and customer service was great. She was able to inform me on the products I was purchasing and explained the care program to me which I subscribed for! Thank you Vanessa. See you ne xt time!

The staff at the pharmacy here is excellent. They always go out of their way to help with issues that arise with prescriptions and insurance. I am particularly impressed that they are frequently able to call me to resolve an issue before I come in despite always being super busy. Great job!

The people that work here are great. The prices are a bit ridiculous. I didn't realize it until I started going to the Rite Aid across the street. I was going here to buy soda for my office and I was shocked at the cost.

The store is nice and has enough of what you need, but one of the people who works there seems to have a habit of talking down to people. The way she was talking to me and other customers waiting in line was equal to pulling teeth almost as if she didn't want to be there. The reason I became aware of her attitude was because on 3/28 I went to the store to purchase an item and went through the self check out line. I needed a receipt but the machine didn't print it so one of the managers had to go to the back and print it, but I was there during my lunch break so I couldn't take too long. I asked where she went and the Cashier (she was Hispanic) had the strongest chola attitude you can imagine in providing me with an answer. Luckily for me since I stick up for myself so when the manager arrived later I let her know about her attitude but unfortunately I saw how she was talking to some of the elderly customers who weren't standing up for themselves.
