“I was very pleased with my experience with Anaheim Carpet. I wanted a commercial grade carpet for my newly constructed patio enclosure. After getting 7 estimates, I felt most comfortable with Anaheim Carpet. Their quote was fair, and there were several carpets to select from. I needed the work to be completed within 2 weeks, and they did exactly that with no problems. Their installation crew was excellent. I highly recommend this company.”

“The opportunity to work with Floor Coverings International has been an absolute pleasure for us. It is Ellie's goal to ensure that her customers are comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. They respond quickly, are extremely flexible on their schedules, and the most important thing is that they are always on top of their work. Working with Ellie was a great experience for us, and I am thankful that I was able to have the opportunity to work with her.”

“I just bought a home in Seal Beach and the carpet the previous owner had was rough. I shopped around with many businesses and did my research before reaching out to Floor Expo and Design. Hayan came with samples and gave us the most competitive quote. The installers were careful moving my furniture. The carpet was installed meticulously. I recommend Hayan and his team to anyone looking for a reputable floor and carpet business.”

“ProSource made shopping for flooring materials a pleasant experience, especially working with Michael Whitson. Michael went out of his way to help us make the best flooring choices. Michael does not use high-pressure sales tactics. He's super friendly and helpful. Thanks, Michael!”

“We recently had the majority of our two-story home re-carpeted with Hemphill and we’re very impressed. The quality of the carpet and the color they helped us select were ideal. We were also impressed with the installers who worked so efficiently for the job that estimated his two days work was finished in 108 we would definitely use them again.”

“When we made the decision to replace out ceramic tile and carpeting with LVP, we chose Fairmont Flooring. We felt no pressure while we were making our choices and Joe recommended taking the samples for days to get a feel for what we wanted and how it would look in our home. When we made our decision, the installers were on time, worked long days and left our home spotless. The job was completed in 2 days and we are thrilled with the results.”

“Sergio is great installer. Hamid was sales rep who is very responsive and will come out and measure any time. Only issue is he seemed offended when you would question prices or want an explanation for prices. Great carpet and quick install. Good company.Response to reply: The owners response is not true. I was actually not given a discount, I was given a higher rate than the rate I paid for a job I had done earlier that SAME week because of "the economy" and a brand new rule that must have just been put in to effect within the few days. Rather than argue, I will post the exact conversation screenshots so those viewing my review can decide for themselves about the company and way they communicate business. See below photos”

“Great place to order flooring material. I have worked in the construction industry for awhile now and have always ordered my flooring material through this company. Every time I send my clients in to pick out floors they give me positive feed back on their experience. Check this place out.”

“Pricing here crushed the competition! I found a lot of different prices other places for the exact same tile. The owner here wasted no time trying to play games with me and gave me an extremely fair price right away. Not only was delta floors less expensive than 3 other stores I wasted time at but even spent extra time with me suggesting other options without being too pushy. They had quite a lot on display at the showroom... I am very satisfied with my service here and will continue to recommend to anyone.”

“I had called a few local upholstery shops asking for same-day couch cushion refilling. I was between Mesa Upholstery and another local spot, but went with Mesa due to Alex's customer service. I honestly hadn't looked at the reviews so I was nervous when I realized the ratings weren't super high and I had already scheduled with them. Alex went absolutely above and beyond to make this work for me. I had to have a quick turnaround on the cushions and he sent his delivery driver all the way from Sherman Oaks to complete the cushions at the Costa Mesa location while he was in between deliveries. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes I got. His driver/upholsterer, Raul, was extremely friendly and did great work. I believe Mesa Upholstery is now owned by Psardo Interiors in Sherman Oaks. They do their work in Sherman Oaks now and the Costa Mesa building is up for lease. The showroom is closed and has a "by appointment only" sign on the front door. Here's the thing, the Costa Mesa location kind of sucks and there are unfortunately a lot of homeless people wandering the area. I'd definitely recommend that this business make it known who the owners are, when they took over and what their plan is. Psardo Interiors has great reviews so I don't doubt their workmanship, but it seems like the Mesa Upholstery side of things is in limbo right now.I was able to text Alex to schedule the work which was so helpful. I had other shops forgetting to call me back and being very unclear whether or not they could do the work. I would give this place a chance for smaller jobs and take advantage of their pick-up/delivery services. I'm not sure what their plan for business in Costa Mesa is, but I definitely had a good experience!”

“The guys did good work with the carpet. Arrived on time. Saved me a bunch of money by explaining that the sofa I thought could be cleaned and put back in new condition was shot. Not only stained but faded so couldn’t be saved. I appreciated the evaluation. Royal Carpet Cleaning Anaheim is an excellent company to work with if you need cleaning services in the area.”

“My kitchen was a "one thing leads to another" project that started out with it being quite old and my discovering that today's modern appliances just don't fit correctly into it as it was designed and built about 1966. I had several estimates from contractors who were very eager to help me out, but their prices were ridiculous. One wanted to pull my wall oven out, and put a laminate shelf there, and destroy the cabinets under my cooktop so I could buy a regular range and install it. All for a mere $15,000.00. My thought, "Heck, I have a sledge hammer and some nails, I can go to Home Depot, buy a piece of wood and have an a great time all by myself and save myself about $14950.00!" I was getting really tired of all those games because that's what I felt I was doing, engaging in dumb games. So, I saw an ad on Facebook for this company offering a special and figured, "Oh well, why not give them a call and see what they offer?" Pure professionalism is what they offered. Their representative, Sina called me, and listened to my concerns and was very warm and hospitable. We arranged an appointment time, and he showed up on time with many samples of floors, cabinet doors and photographs of the company's projects. I told him I wasn't looking to spend my daughter's inheritance on making my kitchen workable, but I definitely didn't want builder's grade, or the quality of one of those stores where you buy everything in flat boxes, bring it home, put it together yourself and hope you don't end up with extra pieces, or hope that all the pieces are there to put your cabinets together so they don't collapse on you within the first month. Everything I was shown was real wood, and it was solid, no pressboard, no engineered wood, no plastic laminate junk. All the doors are soft close, and the drawers are as well. The quality is top notch. I also advised Sina that my floors needed to be redone, and I wanted my estimate to include new floors as well. He began by asking me about WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR in my proposed flooring. I found that a pleasant surprise, because many of the companies I found started out with the highest priced floors, regardless if they met what I was looking for, or not. I told him my basic needs. It can't be ceramic - I'm clumsy and drop things all the time, and I don't want broken tiles the first time I drop a can of tomatoes. I live my life hard, use my kitchen a lot and volunteer with dog rescue, so my floor has to be able to survive muddy paws and crazy dogs running full speed through the house and kitchen without being destroyed. My house designer decided to put my washer and dryer in the kitchen, so my floor has to be able to withstand the occasional washing machine flood, and withstand the weight and heat of my dryer. Lastly, having suffered a disabling accident, I need some reasonable assurance that I won't slip and fall on it, if it gets a little wet. Nothing is guaranteed, but I need to be reasonably assured the kitchen and dining room won't turn into a big ice skating rink. And I was hoping for a hardwood type of floor. Sina suggested I look at Mohawk flooring, as they have a simulated hardwood floor, it's made of vinyl, and is 100% waterproof. I ran my hand over the surface and it felt like real wood so went with that. If you saw it, you'd think it was actually wood. Sina added up what we sampled together, and computed the promotional pricing, and the total for everything was much less expensive, and much higher quality than the previous 4-5 estimates I had previously received. Sina found me financing for the project which had a lower interest rate than my credit union offered, so all things were a go. I went to their showroom to finalize my choices one Sunday and of course, while Sina completed a call with a customer, I browsed around, and saw items I liked better and asked Sina about what the price if I chose this over that, etc. I kept the original floor that I chose. The work was done quick”
