I cant say enough about how professional, and spot on the service is. Reza Moravej goes above and beyond which included a last minute phone line repair which they do not include or provide as a service. Truly easy communication, quick response time and extremely competitive pricing.

There could not be a better computer, IT, repair, you name it that could ever be close to the service and care delivered by Burgi Tech. They were prompt in their replies. They helped me out of a bind and walked me through step by step troubleshooting. I seriously will never take a computer anywhere but Burgi Tech in the future. In a time of need, Burgi Tech has been like an angel from heaven! After a slew of burglaries in our medical building (luckily my office not being one of them), I was technologically knowledgeable enough to know that I needed serious HIPAA, PCI, and IT help. Owning a small mental health clinic, Privacy is of utmost importance. A sales representative from Burgi walked into my office selling their services. I have worked with Burgi since then and they have been excellent. Reza has been available to me 24/7. To have an IT specialist who understands the importance of HIPAA and is always there for you is so valuable for a doctor's office.
