“I recently purchased an EMTB from these folks online and I had a fantastic experience. Communication was great, I loved the fact they contacted me about setup prior to shipping rather than just sending whatever came from the factory. Free tubeless conversion and pedals were a nice touch. The best part was the bike was set up and shipped lightning fast! From CA to middle America, I had a bike in just a few days which was honestly quite amazing.

“Our family loves snow skiing, and I have had my eye on an new pair of skis. I went to Green Room for the first time last week to look at Rossignol Free Bender 110's. I was NOT going to buy, just looking. Then I met Marty. He asked me to sit down and tell him about my skiing experience and skill level and interest. We then talked about the skis, and he knew all about the gear.
I bought the Rossi's and a pair of cool poles and the Look bindings I admire at a fine price. The next day Marty calls me and says they just got in the 2025 bindings that would be a better fit for my skis. They also match the color scheme. Super cool. He did not need to call and I am so glad he did. The mounting guy in the mounting shop talked to me about my skis and skiing style and we settled on the mounting position for the bindings.
Back to Marty, he then comes back and shows me some nice ski wear I might like. I then bought a new ski jacket and matching ski pants. Then I looked at helmets. They taught me all about helmets and I tried a few that would fit by big noggin. Nope - I am still gonna ski in a cap! I hate helmets.
I brought my son over to look for gear. Wayne cooked us a few hot dogs in the parking lot and is a proud Marine helping out the store, very pleasant experience. My son bought ski clothing for his wife as a gift. We selected the wrong size for her, and the same day they went back and the attentive sales lady made sure she got just what she wanted. It is a great place to great ready for the ski season. Thank you Marty and the staff.”

“Visiting from Las Vegas & wanted to do a bike ride for the day. Balboa beach & bicycle boutique had the best reviews between all the others so we decided to go with them. They did not disappoint! The services was AMAZING, very helpful and super easy to rent. We had 3 different types of bikes, regular, kids seat and a pedal assist. All the bikes were super clean and well maintained. We will be back next trip to rent from here again”

“OMG...Dan is absolutely amazing! Friendly honest cool guy...We live in seal beach and don't mind the drive to get to him. He has done repairs on my grandsons BMX bike a handful of times, great work for a low price... bought my grandson a E-bike last year that was falling apart from Best Buy . Dan offered to do repairs that I requested and advised me that he had a better E-bike at a reasonable price. After weighing out our options, we decided to buy the New E-Bike from Dan. Dan is a great bike repairman and absolutely knows everything you need to know about bikes and E-bikes. We are so happy we have Dan to help us with all our repair needs. “I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”

I was so impressed with the customer service I went there for a bike for my wife. The owner again was super helpful and bought a bike for my wife.
Two years later we buy another bike, super last minute for the fourth of July. It was a used bike. We also bought some accessories that were out of stock. The bike had some minor issues which we all knew about and agreed to bring it back after the 4th when we picked up our accessories.
I didn't make it back for nearly a year. I walked in there fully expecting to repurchase the accessories and pay for the repair because of how long it took me to return, totally my fault. Again the owner exceeded my expectations and made everything right.
I am a loyal customer for life and will recommend to everyone who needs a bike, accessories or a tune-up go to the Unlikely Cyclist”

I just asked about if they had replacements parts for my driver and not even thinking for anything they sent me a brand new driver and a I received it in two days .
